I am very pleased with my experience from Black Horse Automotive. I’ve received nothing but the utmost professionalism, kindness, and the cherry on top is that they truly do really great work. Needed a new AMP which runs the stereo for my BMW. They quoted me $3000 for parts and labor. $1900 for the part and $1100 for labor. BMW quoted me $1500 for the part. At $200/hr that’s 5.5hrs labor?
Bought the part used for $800 and brought to an audio expert who charged me $200 for the labor- about 1.5hrs.
I’m all for businesses making money but will not do business with ones that gouge the consumer!!

I had a tire emergency on my Mercedes C300 and the General Manager, Miguel did not hesitate to help me. This shop services all high end cars from Rolls Royce, Porsche, Mercedes, etc. , they do it all. If you want quality service and knowledgeable mechanics working on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

I went to Black horse for PPI and they did an incredible job. Extremely detailed work. They sent me pictures and images throughout the process and explained things in layman’s terms which I really appreciated.

This is an amazing automotive repair shop. The technicians are extremely experienced and you’ll see everything from Lotus to Porsche to Rolls Royce just today . These owners know the work quality .
What made the company particularly impressive to me were both MARIE and JAKE, who upon greeting me so kindly at the front desk, made certain to answer all of the questions I had, to be exceptionally helpful and to go above and beyond the call of duty in every way.
They add so much to the consumer experience and are obviously well versed professionals, both MARIE and JAKE. I was referred to them and so glad I was,
As a physician I cannot recommend the BHA repair shop any more highly. Truly five (5j stars .
