I didn't come here for mechanical needs. I came in in a bad situation and spoke with the owner Jim. The gentlemen couldn't allow me to work to earn the few dollars i was in need of but after a funny conversation with him and a partner he blessed me with what he could to help and had a good laugh with him and that associate as well.Please help support this business that was willing to help support a stranger in the community. People with hearts like this i would trust to quote me honestly and do honest work. In please help support this places business.

They are very nice and friendly. Had my cars AC fixed within a few hours, and they are very reasonably priced.

Needed ac recharged, was quoted $180 at some place I will not name, but these guys did the job quick, weee courteous, and did the job right! Would highly recommend. Pricing was unbeatable.

My car was dying on the way in and we had to actually push it into the bay. Turns out it was the alternator. The owner was able to get one delivered fast and get me out in less than 2 hours! Very glad to have found this place and thanks to the techs for taking care of the car.

Long story short I should of taken my 2013 Subaru here for diagnostics first instead of replacing AC parts myself. Overall very thankful for the work from ACE.

I brought My SUV to be serviced three times there. Always had a great experience. Jim McGraw, the owner. He’s a pretty cool guy too. Seems to Have a great Mechanic. He has been there 41 years. You don’t stay there without a good reputation and tons of repeat customers. That’s what keeps the doors open. I would highly suggest taking your vehicle there. His prices are almost impossible to beat.

Car AC stopped working. Dealership quoted 3900.00 and another mechanic quoted 2500.00. Ace repaired it a little over 1,000. They are very knowledgeable about car. They're very honest and upfront about everything. I very highly recommend this business

Great team, great service, great price, they fixed the A/C in my 1979 Lincoln continental, what actually I can't for months, the only issue with it, it's too cold?
Next week, I will take my 1988 Ford F350 with a charging system issue. What I can't troubleshoot myself is that I will see how it goes ?

Back in June I took 4 a/c lines for my semi to be remade here. After about a week noticed one was leaking at the hose where they crimped it at. Went back and owner was saying they don't warranty hoses. I get pissed and argue with him and when I said I was going to contact the BBB he had a mechanic re crimp the hose while it was on truck. He should have remade the hoses for me as a just paid over $350 for him to remake them which I believe I was being overcharged. I have had 2 replace 2 hoses with new ones because tired of the freon leaks. Now last night one of the other hoses they remade started leaking while I'm out here in Laredo,TX working. So now just gonna have to go to dealer and buy the other 2 hoses new to avoid any future issues. I have spent more $$$ in freon from leaks from what they charged me for to remake hoses. So in less than 4 months I have had to replace all 4 a/c hoses that they made. I live near them in Ocala but I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to spend more money in repairs. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Would NOT recommend taking your vehicle to Ace Auto Air & Auto Care in Ocala Florida. The owner, ‘Jim’ is a total scam artist and he knows it. Over charges you, and does work on your car with no consent. Read my full review on their Google page
