I like Ace Hardware cause they try to have a lot of American products in there and I also like when it’s Christmas time they have out there wooden toys or handmaid toys, which is just a beautiful thing. They always carry stuff that you don’t find in a regular Lowe’s or Home Depot, but this one is small And the employees are nice

The cashier named Shannon or Sharon is rude as hell. Denied a return because we didn't have the receipt at the moment, even though my ace account in the register had it. Went home, grabbed the receipt and came back with the original receipt, talked to the manager over the walkie, and said, "THESE PEOPLE" are back with a receipt. Still denied our return because it wasn't purchased at that location. Got it. "These people" are your customers. You don't treat customers with an attitude and stank face. The other reviews I see at this location look like they like to target and profile customers.

Don't go to this store!!!!!
I bought an extension cord yesterday because it could have been useful in case of power problems associated with Hurricane Milton. I didn't even take it out of the package because luckily there was no need. Since it cost over $90 I thought about returning it. I went to the store and they told me that they do not accept returns on anything related to the hurricane. I will start by saying that at the time of purchase nothing was mentioned regarding this no return policy and nothing was written on the receipt. The managers simply attached a piece of paper to the counter mentioning this rule, on which they placed the shopping bag with my purchases making the piece of paper illegible.
I find this procedure illegal and very unethical. They should have been happy that the purchase was useless and instead they thought it was a good idea to profit from the precautions that people tried to take. Everyone criticizes Amazon but I say Amazon forever....these people, with this attitude, only deserve to close down.

My husband and I went to the store for trash bags and a sink part, but were being followed throughout every aisle by MULTIPLE employees. We weren’t carrying any bags nor did we have a backpack nor purse. There were other customers in the store that were not treated the same!!! It’s disheartening to experience such targeted suspicion based on race and ethnicity. We are deeply disappointed and will not be returning.

Yeah, it has a lot of products, but the place feels cramped and rushed. Also, the bathroom felt weird...

Typical Ace Hardware. They have a wide variety of items, but they are generally expensive. For whatever reason the staff here seem more nosy than most. I’ve been accosted more than once with unwanted help. They are not dissuaded by a polite “I’m good’. Most recently a gentleman stood next to me until I answered his question. There’s a line between helpful and annoying, and this store in particular is way over it.

Would give 0 stars if I could.....
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I went in and brought photos of the part that I needed. The store associate was initially very helpful with trying to direct me. He gave me the part and said "I think this is what you need." I asked him if I would be able to return it if it wasn't and he said it would be "no problem." It wasn't the right part. No problem...I go to take it back....not only was I unable to return it, but the woman at the front was the most disrespectful person. She attempted to berate me because I didn't know the name of the person that "said that" and further made it seem like I was not truthful about him saying it. First...I would not have drove over 30 minutes across town to return something if I knew it wasn't returnable.....especially on a work day at 9am in the morning. Second...I specifically asked if it was returnable. Whether or not he didn't know....he should have said that. I wouldn't have bought it. But that is the problem right there....he didn't know but put off like he did just for a sale. Next time lady.....why not speak to your "customer" like a human and not like some idiot that walked in off the street and maybe let your store associates know what is returnable and non-returnable items so this "mistake" doesn't happen again. I wouldn't have been as made if the woman would have just treated me with a little respect. STAY AWAY from this place ????????????????????????

Walked in and was greeted immediately. A salesman helped us with everything we needed. It was like having a personal shopper. This is my store from now on.
