This place has changed,i have been going there for over four years and i have decided to change vets,i took my dog in for his annual and was lied to by the tech she said the bordetella vaccine was a core vaccine,so i pulled out my phone to verify and its not a core vaccine,core vaccines are DA2PP and Rabies,its the principle of her lying that i lost trust in this place,ever since that i guess her ego was hurt so she became very rude towards me,then i returned for my puppies DA2PP shot and delt with the same tech still she was very rude to me and didnt treat me with any dignity and she yelled at my puppy to stop biting the dog food bag they have on display,i felt it was no big deal even if he damaged the bag i would just buy the food,its her attitude that got to me so i said to her she has an attitude and that why is she treating me this way,she just smirked and walked away,then they accused me of threatening them so they sent me a letter that they will no longer serve me or my animals at their clinic,i never threatened anyone but they made the decision without even calling me first they just believe their tech,but i feel the tech behaving in such a way was because she is mirroring her superiors attitude,they dont like it when you refuse to run every test under the sun and they also don’t like it when you pull out your phone and prove them wrong about a vaccine not being a core vaccine. Bottom line is this place is all about the money they have no compassion about you or your animal whatsoever. they used to be a lot better. The techs used to be very nice and they would cut your dogs nails for you but lately they have changed a lot. I don’t know what happened to them. stay away from them,there are plenty of vets in the area

Every clinician and vet are extremely kind, intelligent, caring, patient and wonderful! They always go above and beyond my expectations! I brought in my very sick cat... After two days of their help she is home and healthy!

After feeling defeated by my previous vet, a friend recommended Airport Road to me. The atmosphere is organized, staff are friendly. I brought my newest kitten there, to start off fresh. From the beginning I was happy. I bought a kitten package that included shots and her spay, vet visits. She is now 10 months, and the vet remembers her when we go back. They were super patient with me after her spay.
The communication is great. I had a concern and was able to send photos, for the vet to see.
They are flexible with my schedule.
I have since brought all my cats there.
I feel very happy having had such great care and experiences at Airport Road

We have a Nineteen year old dog! He has been seen by Dr. Pruitt for eighteen years! We had three other fur-babies that were seen there, Dr. Pruitt is a wonderful and professional Vet. The does a good job of support for the Vets. I give No service related business 5 / 5 stars! YES, I would recommend Airport Road Animal Clinic to anyone inquiring!
