My husband bought me these beautiful roses and they are the absolute nicest and most long lasting I have received in a very long time. We are new to Ocala and this was the first time using Artistic Flowers but will not be our last.

I had a gift basket delivered today, and I was not home, The delivery folks called, texted and left a voicemail to let me know that the delivery arrived and where it was left. Being Florida and so hot, it was very thoughtful that they let me know so I could get home and bringit inside before the heat ruined it. Outstanding customer service, and a beautiful arrangement of fruit, cheese and crackers. I am impressed with Artisitic Flowers and can recommend them most highly!

Purchased a bouquet by phone a few weeks ago for my wife’s birthday was promised it would be delivered by 11 after noticing time was running out cause I wanted to surprise her .I decided to call the store to enquire about the delivery I tried to explain to the gentleman that I was promised a before 11 delivery and I’m was disappointed because they didn’t keep there word and I could have went somewhere else because he was very rude with me he then told me he can refund my money and next time go someplace else and it will get there by 5 o’clock and hang up the phone never again paid extra to make it a special day now I’m hurt and very disappointed also the picture they showed me by phone is not what I ordered .

Went here on Christmas eve. Ray, one of the owners, was working. Ray went above and beyond to get me the right arrangement and showed tremendous generosity by hooking me up with something special for my gal. He was friendly, professional, and I'm grateful for the service he provided.

Absolutely amazing flowers! IMPECCABLE customer service! Not only will they work with your budget but they will make sure your flowers are unforgettably stunning!!! They did the bouquets for my wedding day as well as centerpieces, and the boutonnières! I asked for specific flowers, leaves, and a white rose for my mother in law. They took my vision and absolutely exceeded any and all expectations! Not only did they turn my “single white rose request” (for my MIL) into a gorgeous and simple bouquet, but they hand delivered everything in a box that kept all the flowers safe enough for transport to and from the ceremony! I cannot say enough kind words about their talent and I am forever grateful to this company!

I called a few days in advance for a corsage for my daughter’s Homecoming. I explained what I was looking for over the phone, they had asked all the right questions about her dress and explained to me what they could do. A few days later the corsage was waiting for me upon arrival for pickup. The staff was super friendly and the shop had lots of beautiful arguments. Thank you for your help, I will be back!

They went above and beyond on a flower delivery they fulfilled, but was ordered through FTD to help fix an issue / misunderstand in the FTD order.In the future I would suggest to always call the florist directly.The owner was quick to help and delivered gorgeous flowers.

My cousin ordered my mother flowers from FTD for her birthday along what other items that was offered at time of check out (cookies) FTD used Artistic flowers to fulfill the flower portion of this order. There was a discrepancy between what was thought was ordered and what was delivered. I sent a photo to the owner along with a note asking her to confirm the flowers and the price paid. The owner immediately replied and said that no, something was wrong. She too the time to call FTD and sent the broken down FTD order. FTD charged $42 for shipping the flowers and cookies. If you would have called this florist directly they only charge $15 and as friendly as she was, I am certain she would have delivered some cookies as well. I personally would always call a local florist in or near the zip code of the delivery to do my flower deliveries because of the level of customer service. Thank you for going out of your way for something that was out of your hands. This is why you should shop directly with the smaller mom and pop places.

Artistic Flowers took my order morning of a holiday weekend and delivered an absolutely beautiful arrangement same day. They made it custom to my order and took my calls to clarify my order (thanks Ray), the flowers turned a terrible day into a much better day for the individual I got them for. I will be definitely getting all my delivery arrangements in Ocala from here! Excellent work.

This establishment deserves a zero!!! The owner Teri is rude and very disrespectful, the centerpiece we received was unsatisfactory and flowers were wilted. We ended up getting our money refunded to us and went next door and purchased gorgeous fresh flowers from Publix for a fraction of the price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
