This is the worst place I have experienced getting taxes done. Waited over a week after dropping off my info. Then told me they couldn’t find my paperwork W2s and Financial info I gave them and it must be under something! Actually asked if I was sure I was at the correct office! Finally found it after I did a complaint to their corporate office. Which they weren’t happy about. Wasted 9 days and they didn’t even start anything. I got my financials back and going somewhere else. Beyond disorganized and couldn’t find personal information didn’t really care that it was missing. Unreal

I have never had a problem with this office so I referred my fiancé here, he saw Suzette Heflin. Who was very unprofessional to say the least! When we had questions regarding our new situations regarding our taxes she just looked at us and laughed, wouldn't answer the questions, laughed at us and told us bye and made a remark about how it was inconvenient to switch something for us. Definitely will not be back! Block advertisement has been a huge disappointment this year in a time when taxes are more confusing than ever. Will be looking into other options for next year.
