When my safe movers canceled last minute C&M was very accommodating even brought a pallet jack to assist. Turbo was a great driver and help us load the safe and secured it perfectly. He even went above and beyond and gave us an extra set of eyes to get the safe through all three doors that it had to go through. If they took care of something this complicated as well as they did imagine how well they would take care of a car. I will definitely use them anytime I need my vehicles towed 10/10 recommend them to anyone

I was having a bad day. Until C&M Towing. Came to the rescue from First call felt very good vibes they came. They brought me to the dealership they made it happen. And very fair price until we meet again thank you.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called for a tow and they wait until they arrive to tell you that you have a separate charge and they wanted $14 of which I had $12 of in cash. When I told him over $2 he will not help. The best part is I was told I was only allowed 7 mile tow. It was 5.4 miles and here is the pic to prove it.

Would give one star if I could. Do not use if you have AAA. They do not want those calls and treat the customer like it. A GOOD company would not sign up for AAA calls if they DONT want them. They took 1 hour to dispatch. After waiting 2 hours I finally get a call that they will be a few MORE hours. Called the company for an ETA and was treated unprofessionally. This is the WORST tow company in Ocala.
