I had been trying to get a tow from AAA since Friday at 2pm. Never got any help at all from my AAA membership. Finally Monday morning I called Dave's Towing and within 15 minutes, I got a call that Dave was on his way and here was here a few minutes after and he loaded my car out of a tight garage and got it on the way dealer. Extremely nice and so professional. My driveway and garage were not easy to maneuver around but Dave made it look easy! After fighting with AAA for 3 days this was the easiest tow I have ever had. Dave's Towing will be who I call for any future towing needs. Thanks Dave!

This company employs a person named Sarah Beth who REFUSED to help a dear loved one in record heat who had the means to pay and to send them future business. All I can say is WOW.

If I could give a negative 5 star rating to this nasty and rude phone person I would gladly do that. For your sake I hope you never have to deal with this company or this woman who claims to be the owner of the company. My husband was traveling from Spring Hill to Jacksonville when his car died and would not start near Ocala. I called Dave's Towing from my phone in Spring Hill because my husband was not getting good phone service. The woman who answered the phone said I needed an address to send a truck to get his vehicle. I explained he was on the side of the road at US 441 and NW 85 Loop near a subdivision called Irish Acres. She said she needed an address to tow it to and I explained we are not from there and would want it towed to a Ford dealer. She kept saying she couldn't give me an address of the Ford dealer. When I tried to tell her I understood that and tried to say I would call the Ford dealer and get an address and call her back, she said we will NOT tow you at all and hung up on me. I am amazed that you would allow someone to answer the phone who is that rude and nasty when someone who is stranded in a strange area needs help. After she hung up on me I called her back to ask her name and ask to speak to her supervisor. She informed me that she is the manager. I asked her who is the owner of the company and she informed me that she is the owner. I will continue to try to find the owner of the company because I can't believe it is her. Stay clear of this place. Nasty Nasty Nasty and Rude. 1 star because it won't let me put a negative star rating.

People in the office were great. One of their employees outside was some young kid who cussed us out for asking for his help and said he didn’t get paid to help us. The lot also looks like a third world country full of mud and dirt.

This company has to be reported toBBB. They damaged my granddaughter car door, and refuse to repair the damage. Extremely rude, unprofessional, irresponsible business!!! Beware of this company! I’m going to help my granddaughter file a BBB complaint! I just called and spoke to Sara the manager who not only refused to give me the owners name but she down right lied to me. We have pictures of my daughter’s car is a classic and they damaged her door and are refusing to take responsibility for their action. There is no doubt they damaged the car. They’ve treated my granddaughter and me a seventy year old senior in a very belittling disgusting demeaning manner! I am going to follow up also by contacting my insurance company and I am a member of AAA and ARP which I will call and tell them how this company has reacted.

rudest people ever, I called early tuesday morning around 6 am to get my car towed. the first woman who answered the phone asked for the location of the car , i gave her directions multiple times and she was not understanding. they told me only three people were ahead of me and it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. they didn’t get my car towed till almost 4 pm. when my car was towed i got a call from the tower, he informed me that my door handle was broken on my drivers side and blamed it on “someone trying to break into my car” however, in the notes it says he tried to open my passenger side and couldn’t than proceeded to go to my drivers side. this tells me he manhandled the door and broke it and would not take the blame to cover for the company. i also noticed damage to my passenger side in the weather strip and now my passenger side door will not close all the way. when i called the company to complain about this sarah was very rude and said someone must’ve tried breaking in. They told me the owner will get back to me, two days later i still haven’t heard anything from anyone. so i called again. I spoke to sarah and she told me they would not fix my handle or refund the towing service. She hung up the phone up on me after i asked for a refund. when i called back i asked for the owners name and number and she said no ma’am and hung the phone up on me again. I drive an antique car and they damaged it and now REFUSED to fix the issue or even refund me. Absolutely horrendous people and not professional at all. would NEVER recommend unless you want damage to your car.

I am so grateful to have met these people even though it was through adverse circumstances. They go above and beyond to help their customers!I am from Massachusetts and had to fly down to recover the truck.Bailey and crew were kind, sympathetic , more than fair with their pricing. As soon as she knew that I was out of town, she handed me a list of local garages to get the repairs started!Five stars isn’t enough! They deserve ten!!

Why did i arrange towing with DAVE'S TOWING and a tow truck from RON'S TOWING shows up? Driver was an old man who stopped DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM MY HOME, so i had to walk out to the driveway and frantically wave my arms to get his attention, but he obviously was NOT paying attention, and he simply DROVE OFF. So, i had to call AGAIN. I OWNED a towing business myself for many years and that driver would NEVER be behind the wheel of one of MY Trucks. I HAD to give a 1-star review in order for it to be posted because i would NEVER give that driver ANYTHING but a BIG FAT ZERO.

So helpful to someone from out of town who doesn't know the area. Went above and beyond to help make sure we ended up in the best place to better help us. Very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend if you ever find yourself in a bind.

These guys are saints! I broke down on I-75 whole towing my 5th wheel. They brought two wreckers and towed me to a local Ford dealer (big mistake). The wrecker driver towed my 5th wheel to his house and allowed me and my wife to stay in his driveway there while repairs were done. When they found out the Ford dealer was ripping us off, they towed my truck to a local diesel shop, who repaired my truck. Yeah, it cost me money, but it was worth it. Their driver did not have to do what he did. For this I will be eternally grateful...

I got in a car wreck and totaled my vehicle Dave's Towing was called to pick my vehicle up at the same they came within a very short amount of time towed my vehicle in I went back and visited them the next day they made it so easy for me to fill out the paperwork and release forms and everything I needed took all of my information that I had from the police report my insurance their release paper and put everything into an envelope for me and marked it all and made it so simple for me to do everything I need to do to file my insurance claim and had all my paperwork in order they were very very nice people gave my son a ride on a golf cart to go retrieve my personal items from my vehicle and brought him back and helped him load it into the vehicle I was riding in I would definitely recommend Dave's Towing to everybody
