Horrible, disrespectful. Full of phones and they said they had none forsale when my senior citizen dad went alone with my senior citizen mom.!

Zero customer service. Rude person inside store. Working with one customer for over 30 minutes while I waited and other customer came in waited and left. I only stayed because I was helping my mom in a wheelchair. She is a reminder of why I personally have nothing to do with Tmobile. She needs to go or get some customer... read full comment
