The staff at the Ocala store are very friendly and helpful I have ordered from them a few times and always get everything on time. Nothing is better for your feet than SAS. I will say the quality of the shoes seems to have gone down a little bit since I first started buying them years ago and they are really pricey still worth it

LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY THE BONE COLOREDTIE OXFORDS. HAVE 2 PR AND WAS GOING FOR THIRD BUTI FOUND YOU NO LONGER OFFER THE BONE LEATHER CONDITIONER. IT WAS WONDERFUL AND KEPT YOUR PRODUCT AND MY SHOES LOOKING GREAT. WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAINIF I CANT MAKE MY SHOE LOOK RIGHT AND CAN'T FIND ASHOE CREME REPLACEMENT . PLS RECONSIDER.

This place is awesome, and the help was wonderful. Talked with my partner and helped just the correct shoe. Even came up with a birthday bonus for the shoes. One thing is that while SAS shoes are a bit expensive, they have tremendous wearability ... and are comfortable right from the start. In addition they stand up to several years of abuse and keep on ticking. Add just a bit of polish every once in a while, and they continue to look great as they feel for years to come. The fact that they are made in USA and don't have to be shipped thousands of miles is great for reducing the environmental impact of my clothes. All in all a win.

Feet that don't hurt at the end of a long day are priceless. The store was super clean. The associate was very helpful finding and sizing my shoes. When what I needed wasn't in stock, she gladly ordered them for home delivery which I received within the week.
