Very rude , unprofessional , & outright disrespectful , the old lady needs to retire , she’s lost her marbles big time , affecting the experience the customers have . Wouldn’t rent me a trailer cause it was “broken” but wouldn’t offer me any other trailer she had available. Waited 20 minutes to be helped . Only to be told it’s broke & she skipped me and went to help someone else. She blames her help she has for being so unorganized and confused , when really it’s her she is the root of this places problem read all the reviews about her !!!! . This place gives small business a bad name I’ll be driving down the road to tractor supply from now on . I highly recommend not going there . I will be reporting this to uhaul in hopes they are no longer a authorized dealer tarnishing the uhaul name , we have enough in the area as is

Very scared!! for uhaul customers renting from this location! They are a very disorganized store, they seem confused half the time. Be aware all your information is out for people to walk by and grab anytime from the checkout counter area any time they feel like.I was charged twice for a uhaul truck rental, charged for miles I did not drive at all. How did my 16 to 17 mile trip get turned into a 77 mile trip?? And now I am being charged for someone else's move that they used that truck for?! I am paying for them.. I do not think so.This store and store owner as well as management needs to get this store together and organized, as well as make it a safe place to keep many many peoples personal information.Uhaul needs to take a good look at who and how their affiliates are running their Uhaul name and property from these second and third hand locations.I would like my full refund of the second charge, as well as a document stating that if my personal information is stolen due to this store disorganized and unprofessional style and manor, this store as well as uhaul will be charged, fined, and prosecuted for the miss use, storage, and theft of my personal information.I wish I could help this store and staff, they really need it. I can not just stand by and say nothing tho , you all need to get this store together, reach out to the community for help if you need it. Be better!

These people are rude. I called them to ask if they had something in stock. The woman put me on hold while speaking to another person, came back to the phone and told me, " I can't talk right now I'm busy on a conference call!" I then said to her I'm just calling to see if you have LED lights. And then she said "yes". But who the heck does that? You work for a company! --find out what the caller wants before you dismiss them using statements like, "I can't talk right now...." That's why this place is tiny and will remain a small and empty parking lot business!! They don't care about the community they serve or their customers.

Be very careful when the Owner refills them with propane gas. This lady pours less propane gas into each tank. The 100-pound propane tank is filled with 24 to 25 gallons of product and fills them with 18 to 16 gallons. SHE is stealing from the customer by saying that the tanks have propane gas. When you are going to fill the propane gas tanks, check the amount SHE give you is correct. 20-pound tank is 4.6 gallons. 30-pound tank is 7 gallons. 100-pound tank of 24 to 25 gallons.

The lady behind the counter doesn't know what's going on; they're supposed to have a scan tool for Uhaul but making customers do it themselves and it doesn't work. Waste of time with no results. They shouldn't be renting Uhauls.

Picked up a U-Haul open trailer today. Was a cluster trying to get paperwork done, even though I had it all reserved online. They couldn't figure out how to take up enough of the slack on the chains, so they wanted me to get a different vehicle that was taller (I have a 2021 Chevy Equinox)! Ummm. No!!! They hooked us up and sent us on our way with no instructions on disconnecting when we brought it back (which we told them could be after they closed at 3).We pulled up right at 3:05 and pulled off to the side of the parking lot, up near their chain link fence. After we got the chains off and it mostly unhooked from the SUV, the older woman (owner?) came STOMPING out of the front door YELLING "NO, you can't leave that there! You have to put it back where it came from!" We told her no one said that to us (it was between two other trailers) and that she didn't have to be so rude. We asked for her help and she said that she wasn't being rude, that she's closed and not going to help us and she was only there waiting on another customer that was late to pick up his trailer. She stormed off and went back inside. So... You couldn't help us while you waited??? Wow. Talk about (lack of) customer service! Yikes! While this was going on, the other guy arrived and she refused to get him his trailer and she locked up and left. He didn't have much nice to say about her either.If this was the LAST/ONLY U-Haul place in Florida, I would drive out of state to find another location!Does U-Haul even know how she treats their customers???

The owner, Marilyn, needs an education on customer service ngl! Not to mention everything is overpriced, just a rip-off. People, do the extra ten minutes drive to the the Home Depot or Lowes. The other one star reviews describe the setting perfectly! Will not shop at Thoroughbred Hardware & Feed again.

I most definitely won't recommend customers to shop at Thoroughbred Hardware & Feed. The old lady, (owner) makes you so uncomfortable. OMG! She stares, and is so unprofessional to tell customers "there are cameras watching"! I've seen her follow customers around, almost nagging them asking "what do you need". I've been there a couple of times since it's the closest Hardware store around and it's always the same disgusting experience. I came to leave this review after I heard her dispute of overcharging a customer and refusing to adjust the charges. I literary felt bad for the poor guy. She is rude and very nasty to her customers. I will never be shopping at this establishment ever again, no one should!!! Should really be ZERO STARS!

These guys have a little of everything. Found exactly what I needed and didn't have togo to Belleview or Ocala.
