Card was hacked and regions waited for the LAST transaction to go through before asking if it was me. Then, they want to tell you "it takes 7-10 days to get my money back." I wouldn't trust this bank with your money. What bank allows someone to empty your account and say oops sorry.

Not so friendly staff but worst of all they gave me false information. When I returned to make a transaction that I was told they would help me with originally second time I was told they can't. Waste of time. Unprofessional staff.

Very dissatisfied with this bank. Where do I even start? My mom who is on my account talked to Marko on June 3rd for a dispute, she gave him documents proving that I never got some items in the mail roughly around $100 everything went good marko said it would take 10 business days for an update which makes complete sense. 10 days later we didn’t get any update so my mom set up an appointment today June 22nd at 9am. She shows up at 9am and the doors are locked so she knocks on the door, the 4 employees that were inside I guess did hear her so she tried calling the number on the front door that says to call for appointments, it never rang so she went back to her car and went through the drive thru where she had to ask them to open the door. Finally alondra comes and opens the door for her but still makes her stay outside, mind you this is florida and it is HOT outside. Once she finally is allowed inside she explains to alondra the problem. Alondra asks my mom for the date and the charges my mom tries to give her the confirmation number that regions sent to my email but she said they don’t use those so it was basically useless to even send that to me. Anyways she finally finds it and says that the dispute was denied because no documents were sent to prove it even though on June 3rd my mom sent the documents to marko, marko just never sent them on his part. What I want to know is why were we not notified it was denied? I think it was very unprofessional of marko to forget to send this in, this is MONEY and right now times are rough from the pandemic. I regret ever opening an account at regions and I recommend that if anyone is planning on opening an account here DONT just go to fifth third or chase where you can tell them you need a dispute and it only takes 1-2 days compared to regions where it has been 13 days and I’m still out of $100.

I actually only use the drive thru. The service always fast and courtious.Usually no lines either. Much better than other larger Banks where you always wait in Long lines.

The ladies who "greet" you in the front are quite rude and snippy. One of them sits in the front corner office I thought at least she would be professional, but she was just as bad. I went in to the bank for business and walked out knowing that I dont ever want to make any transactions with this company. They have truly rubbed me the wrong way.

Worst bank ever. I had a business and personal account with them. The atm is always broken. There service is horrible. Checks clear after a week if deposited in atm.
