There’s a heavy set black female employee there (I hate to describe her by the way she looks), but didn’t see a name tag on her shirt, that’s absolutely deceitful and disrespectful. I walked into the store to get a “lifetime” screen protector replacement for my youngest son’s phone and my daughter-in-law who was visiting also wanted to purchase one for hers. When I walked into the store, I specifically explained the aforementioned reasons, and the employee above described said “sure she can buy one.”Once my daughter-in-law had paid for the screen protector, I’ve noticed the employee was conducting the sale on my account, but never asked if my daughter-in-law had her own account. I asked if she could ever get the benefit of the lifetime warranty, and she said no.I told her it would’ve been nice to know this before she charged her and installed the screen protector on her phone, and her answer was that her job was not to assume we didn’t know this, and got very defensive and disrespectful. I then requested a supervisor, and “Cedric” spoke to me. Cedric was not helpful at all, said he understood my point but didn’t do anything about it, so in other words took his employees side because the employee said my daughter-in-law had no issues paying for the item, when she did the sell without telling us.I wished they would’ve been more honest and let us make the decision on our own to whether or not we wanted to purchase the screen protector.Although there’s an excellent employee there, don’t know his name either, but he’s a white or Hispanic male, shaved head and nice trimmed long beard who is AMAZING and HONEST, I recommend anyone who wants to buy here and deal with the above mentioned female to ask as much as questions possible before you make a purchase.

Never again and will do my beat to stay away from this store. The worst customer service we have ever had. Starting with the saleswoman who was the rudest and uncommunicative person in the world followed by the supervisor, Cedric, who was lost and didn’t even know how to solve the issue. We ended up leaving with no resolution. Absolutamente not recommended at all.

Very Bad Experience I was going to open Bussiness Account and they created than after for 4 lines they got out the 3 phones and they didn't have one iphone in Black colour so i asked the sales rep who was helping me to do overnight shipping with free because not a color available she called manager and told him that i am trying to take an advantage free overnight shipping because no product availability and laughed so manager told me that I have to pay overnight Shipping can't be free that made me mad and I refuse request them to cancel the account and left very bad service and making us feel that we are a nothing to them, IF YOU WANT TO PAY THE PRODUCT AND WANT TO GET DISRESPECT IN RETURN THAN THIS IS THE BEST SPOT.

Mom & I want to thank Cedric & Cruz for going above & beyond helping us w/ our phones. My sister gave mom her phone & we had problems unlocking it & me to get a new phone for work & church. Cedric went out of the way to try & unlock my sister's phone. I gave mom my iPhone 7 plus & got me a new iPhone 15 plus. Cruz took the time setting up both phones. We both appreciate the time both Cedric & Cruz worked w/ us. I am very happy w/ my new phone!

Wow! Really dread going into some Tmobile locations, but I needed to get my mom a new phone ? A gal helped us at first, but then traded off with Curtis, and he helped us, then he told us about a watch ⌚️ to go with the phone ? of course got it! Then Mari helped us get the phone ? activated and ready! I asked for additional help in breaking down my bill, and he was super helpful ? The team at this location works VERY WELL together ❤️ ? You never get that type of group help! Will be back when we need more help ? keep up the fantastic work‼️ Thank you ?

Went to store for phone upgrade thinking that corporate store might have professional employees. Store employees were simply rude , uninterested and unprofessional. They were in rush to go home and not interested to provide any info. They lacked knowledge and any interest to serve customers. At some point T mobile customers will move away from good promotions to other providers. This is how big companies go down eventually due to poor customer service and rude employees.

Went in 30min before closing to see if they had any iPhone 15 Pro in black, was told there was one left, confirmed it was black, confirmed I wanted it and we agreed I would be there at 10am the next day to pick it up to do the trade in and transfer since it was too late today, was told the phone would be put up. Watched them write and place a note on the phone and take it to the back. Showed up the next day, walked in at 9:58am, guy I dealt with yesterday looked confused and unsure of what I was talking about. Said they only had blue phones left, asked me what the note said. I asked if he could confirm if any other stores had any black, he said yes and confirmed that location x and y had 4 and 5 or some such numbers. I drove to both stores and they had none, and stated they had not received any 15 Pro in black at all, and that they do not share their inventory or can see other locations inventory. Spent all day driving and calling around for something that was supposedly secured previously due to this individuals incompetence. Could have just said "We don't have it but can order it" instead of wasting half of my day. Would much rather drive 30 minutes to another T-Mobile than deal with this and similar type of sht again.

So decided to go to subway and once I got there it was closed an hour earlier then stated on the door. I honestly want to know why being they supposedly close at 10pm. This is the second time, now I wouldn't mind if the closing hours changed. Being that it seems that's the case, it should be posted on the door for the closing hours. I don't appreciate wasting my time and gas. To be honest I didn't want to give any stars but I needed to write this review.
