I just ordered some food from this location. My card wasn’t working for some odd reason, and I’m not broke lol . I tried two different payments and it wasn’t working. Cardio need up paying my tab! It was very generous of him. The customer service was great and Ariana was the one that took my order and she was a sweet heart and very patient! Definitely coming back?

I travel a lot with my job & have ate at many Zaxbys restaurants, but for some odd reason, this location stood out the most. Food was incredible, very fresh! Staff was welcoming & very attentive. If all locations were like this, Zaxbys will be on top! 5+

This food has fallen off horribly, barely and food for the price, really small amount of fries probably count fill 2 hands, and the smallest chicken tenders then the request for success had to be asked several times over. The box was so empty the food wouldn't hold still sliding from side to side. This place may be in big trouble or needs new management. Oooooh and they're out of traditional. Smh.

My family went to dinner here last night after a long day of work, school and basketball for the boys. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Service was efficient and impeccable. Happily surprised to see whom appeared to be the manager walking around asking how our meal was. The food was great as always! Keep up the good work guys!

They never give enough food. Food quality has gone down so bad. The staff always never seem interested to deal with customers at all. Definitely not going back here.

I don't know if management was working this day but the workers had a nasty attitude. Walked into Zaxbys and was given a dirty look by the line workers after waving to his greeting. I had ordered boneless wings because they were out of traditional and was given pebbles of boneless wing chunks. One of my meals weren't even given the correct amount of pieces.

We love Zaxbys!! Tonight we grabbed burgers from somewhere else and came here for the awesome fries and I also grabbed the egg rolls to try. Did not disappoint!! 2 to an order and it came with a sweet and spicy sauce. The rolls were nice and crunchy with a softer inside. The sauce was indeed sweet and then spicy but I used the whole container. Will be getting them again!

Employee was very rude. Came through the drive thru order a big Zac snack with an extra slice of toast. After pulling out I realized I didn't have any fries in my order came back through the drive thru just to ask for my fries that was missing . The young lady called her supervisor to the window who proceeded to tell me that I should have cake inside to ask for the fries . I. Should the young man my receipt and told him to look at the time stamp since I just left the drive thru . The customer service was trash all I wanted was my food order taken and given to me correctly. I wasn't rude I didn't yell but received poor treatment from this establishment. You can always tell the employees who don't care about their job cause they treat people horribly. If you don't like your job doing customer service find something else !!! I'm sure nobody came out to recruit you , you're there to make a living like everyone else ! Treat people how you want to be treated!
