this place has amazing instructors who are always helping and it has motivated me to lose a lot of weight, the classes are fit for everyone, i definitely recommend:)

The 6 week challenge was a great experience. I am glad I did it! The trainers are wonderful and keep everyone motivated. The cost is pricey and I didn't see the results that I was hoping for, but overall I feel more energetic and motivated to workout.
