I highly recommend Sonia at the Quest Diagnostics Center, Oldsmar FL, Walmart. I am usually very anxious about having blood drawn, but she was incredibly professional and comforting. She clearly explained every step of the process, and her technique was flawless—it was completely painless, which is rare for me. She was also very efficient and had me in and out quickly. Sonia's kindness and skill made a potentially stressful experience totally seamless. Thank you, Sonia!

Quest Diagnostic did a wonderful job with my lab work. I made an appointment for Thursday morning and had my results by Friday morning. They were both on the portal and then I was given a phone call by my doctor. What great service. I was able to make my appointment with Quest online and was able to check in online and I Was seen within five minutes of arrival.

Walked up for our 11:30am appointment to find the door closed and lights off. No notice on the door. Someone finally walks up to the door to advise of sanitary issues that caused for the location to close. Someone should have been at the door available to tell people they’re closed rather than having us standing there waiting for nothing. No notice from quest either. Only come here because of the convenience of Saturdays but last time I was here I spent 2 hours waiting even with appointments.

I was able to let the kiosk at the quest on Dale Mabry in Tampa to schedule appointment on the same day. I was there at another one for an earlier time also after going to the quest diagnostic center in Oldsmar, the person who did the testing by the name of Carmen was very personable and professional And a joy to be around highly recommend this place and command her service

I would rate this my worst experience ever getting routine blood work. The staff member who saw me and took my blood was very rude and handled my arm/veins in a very rough manner. As someone who never bruises or has pain after blood work, my arm is now so painful I can barely extend my elbow. I didn't get her name who saw me (because she couldn't be bothered to introduce herself or say hello). She sat me down and had an immediate attitude with me which was fine until she physically hurt me. If you know who this person is, female, heavy set about 200 lbs, probably 5' 4", dark hair, working at this location inside the Walmart for 7am shift on May 14th 2024 I hope your supervisor sees this. Be professional and never take your bad days out on someone who has nothing to do with your bad day.
