Yesterday there was a hiccup, but today one of the owners called me to apologize and understood why I felt the way I did . I understand that people make mistakes . We are only human and no one is perfect . I appreciate Cory for taking his time to call and actually care about the customers . That meant a lot that they take pride and ensuring customers satisfaction .

School has started and I still haven’t received any information regarding my order. I was told 2 days ago that they had gotten a shipment and would call me if my order was there. Also it would take them a couple of days for them to go through the shipment. The person I spoke with told me that maybe my school would understand that I haven’t received the uniforms yet. So they’re going to just assume that it’s ok with my school to not have my kid in uniform. He didn’t ask for any of my account information. Which lead me to believe that he wasn’t really interested in helping me at all. I tried to call back today but to no surprise, I got no answer. I ordered from them last year and had no problems. I don’t know what has changed since then.

Amazing owners and employees! Helped me find everything I needed for my son's school! I went 1st day of school to get my sons uniforms very last minute I was able to get exactly what i wanted My boys looked Handson in their uniforms. Corey was wonderful going above and beyond to answer all my questions Great service.

absolutely hate ordering from this company. really wish my kids school would choose another company. this year I paid for shipping and they called multiple times stating i needed to come pick up. told them I paid for shipping, they said they were sending them out but the back and forth with them went in for a month. finally got half our order. went in to pick up the rest and sizes were off. was told that they use two different brands and one is bigger than the other. none of that is stated when ordering online. they can only exchange with whats in stock. so now I am stuck with shirts that are way too big for my kids. their customer service is shit.

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s like you’re being told lie after lie with regard to your order that you have to prepay for. 2 months in, no jacket. I finally make a phone call because I hadn’t received one (as promised) only to be told my Daughter’s jacket is on back order with no ETA. Why I didn’t receive a phone call advising of this is beyond me but I’m making a fuss to the school in hopes that they don’t utilize this company in the future. Very unreliable

Almost 2 months waiting on a cardigan and still waiting.. They never contact you with updates on order status, all they do is give you platitudes. Unfortunately, the only store authorized to sell uniform items for my granddaughter's school.

I ordered uniforms for my children weeks before school started and I haven't received them yet! Calling for updates on my order is time wasted because I'm always getting the voicemail. I've left numerous messages with no response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!! I dont know why the school is in business with this store. If I could leave no stars, I would leave 10!!! REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!

Horrible company with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Policies make ZERO sense like we are making them up on the fly to what suits us based on the situation and what we feel at the time. Most of what I had to buy from them I had to order from their website and, due to shipping issues on their end resulting in not getting things in a timely fashion for school, I went to return the little I did have in hand we got from the store. I’ll get everything matching from elsewhere. Was initially told no refunds when the sign indicates there are refunds under certain circumstances. Doesn’t indicate much more specifics than that. After a call to the manager I’m told we can do the return for a 20% “RESTOCKING FEE”. To put it back on the hangers. Doesn’t say this anywhere. If you want store credit, 100% store credit, you have to apply for it online. Can’t actually speak to a manager because managers “aren’t working today.” When are they working next? Who knows?! From the attitude displayed by the employee in the store who describes himself as “one step under the manager” to the seemingly made up on the fly policies to the chip on the shoulder of management…it’s no surprise certain schools are parting ways from doing business with you. More people need to speak up to their respective schools so they follow suit and do better. This place is trash.

Ordered uniform back in July only part of order shipped due to pandemic shortage. The young lady I spoke with back and forth was very sweet and explained what was going on. Today I got the call after 3 months of waiting my daughters sweater came in. I know it's been hell but thank you for the updates and great customer service. Each time I have reached out yall be blessed and stay safe!!!!!!!

Amazing owners and employees! Helped me find everything I needed for my grandkids school! I had to order my grandkids uniforms and they said the turn around time would be two to three weeks and I received them in a weeks time! With the pandemic going on the service was incredible. Looking forward to next years shopping!!

I purchased my kids shirts & didn’t receive them until a month later. First they said 2-3 weeks, then she said “No it’s 3-4 Weeks now “ ..I started to get discouraged because I bought my kids shirts and no one was answering the phone..Some of the workers in the store was nice but some of them seem irritated when you ask about an update on your order! Word of advice, if they don’t have your kids size for shirts, just wait until they restock the store because it’s going to take a long time to get shirts ordered with lack of communication.

School uniform provider with almost zero available 2 weeks before school begins. This is a bad look and unprofessional. Had to order ALL of my sons shirts which will take 1 to 2 weeks. Very disappointing.
