I have rented and paid off furniture with Aaron's in the past 3 years, but when I switched to the Semoran store it was A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!! VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. I made payments on my account and the monies were split up to pay for other items to the point that I couldn't get my account up-to-date. Waited for pick ups and no one came. My job is very demanding and I notified the store in regards to this, and was reprimanded. A threat was made to me that they were sending my account to collections because I was never home for pickup. I returned a set that was broken back in January and only one of the items was picked up. When I finally got both items returned the store manager, Noel and Maria told me that I would have to pay 3 months on anything that I returned. None of the monies that I paid were accounted for. DON'T SHOP AT THE SOUTH SEMORAN STORE!! I AM POSTING MY PAYMENTS!!! LOST ALL MY MONEY AND NO CREDIT FOR THE PAYMENTS I MADE.

Horrible customer service, even when speaking with management. I explain my Horrible experience ending with that they may have their items as I don't want anything to do with them, and I received the explanation I should've received in the first place, BUT, by this point that was pointless as it was WAY to late.

I just want to thank Leticia my salesperson she was so very easy to work with kept in constant communication and made the transition much easier I am not a first-time customer I have leased with them previously and they were amazing supportive handled anything professionally. The delivery of my washer and dryer by Jose and Irving was the best they were very professional they hooked it up tested it and also took away my old washer and dryer which I was not expecting. Thank you Aaron's for always doing what you do.

I had today a horrible experience with the account manager Noel on Semoran store I went to the store on Saturday , to make a payment that did not go thru, IChange Jobs, have not gotten pay, I asked him almost begged for him just to take 2 payments and 2 in a week and a half , this man Noel, went crazy, started scream on the line , being very disrespectful towards me , I had to take the phone away from my ear,, he treats people like if our business it’s not important to them, at the end call he left me talking and disconnected the call, I assume Aaron’s corporate office don’t read customers review.. what a SHAME… horrendous his customer service ,,,,,?? Corporate

This is one of the best rental stores, you can rent for. Their customer service is excellent and if you every have a problem with thier service. They will bend over backwards to help you out. I would truly tell people about their awesome service.
