Waited over an hour for shuttle from airport, get to the rental car place and they didnt have the van we prepaid for. We had to get 2 cars and then the next day they were supposed to bring us a van to our hotel and we were only 20 mins from the car rental place and they took 1 hr to get us the van. They tried their best but we will never use this company again.

First time and last time customer! Found a great rate through Expedia and was picked up in a timely manner at the airport by a courteous driver. My pleasant customer service experience ended when I arrived at the counter. The lady who "helped" me varied from unfriendly to rude, without provocation. Could not believe how unecessarily unfriendly she was! Tried to force me to purchase insurance from them because I did not have my insurance card on me. I refused. Who keeps their insurance card on them??? It's in my car, in another state (duh, I'm in Orlando renting a car!) where I never look at it! She continued being rude even with my insurance company on the phone. Never again, regret every minute of that customer 'care' experience.

William saved the day, he was the shuttle driver the day I flew out of Orlando airport, leaving my phone in the rental car I returned William went out of his way to find my phone and bring it to the airport and get it to me.What an awesome employee. Thank you William!!!!!!!

The man that worked at night in the building was extremely rude to me after I had waited for an hour for them to pick me up because they made a mistake. Also 5 months after I rented from them they charged me $80 for 3 tickets they claimed I received for unpaid toll roads. I knew they were lying because I never took a toll road. The woman told me she had proof and she would send me the tickets. I told her to go ahead because I never got them and I want my money back. She later apologized saying there was a mistake made and they had me confused with another person. If you do rent from them get rid of the card you gave them because they will attempt to charge you later.

Unfortunately, despite paying a large fee for use of a car for 4 days this company misrepresented our obligation to 'toll fees'. What this means is that, after you have gone home they take money from your credit card for toll fees you are not aware of. They charge $25 per fee so average extra income of $200 per month per hire car. Absolute robbery. Dreadful customer service and a terrible attitude when you challenge their actions.
