Here's the thing about Bloomingdale's. It can, absolutely be a store that's too pricey for words. As a matter of fact, when I was growing up, bloomingdales was known for two things:1. Only rich people could shop there2. Splash the mermaid learned how to speak English there in less than a daySo, it wasn't until a co-worker of mine told me she got a beautiful Karl Lagerfeld dress for less than $50 at a super sale they were having that I finally decided to step foot in this place. Turns out she was right. I ended up getting a very beautiful dress myself for around the same price. Since then, I've gone quite a number of times. Heck, I took my mom there the last time she was in town, and she had the same attitude I use to have at first. She kept telling me: "No mi'ja, that place is too expensive! Why would you go there?" Until we hit that sales rack and I got her a very elegant, and beautiful shirt for a fraction of the original price. Now, in order to find these gems, you HAVE to be willing to spend time looking around, but I promise it'll be worth it, but I mean, if you want to pay an exorbitant amount, you can find that quite easily too. On a side note, they have a coffee/juicebar on the first floor in case all that shopping works up a thirst.

I purchased a nespresso machine during their home sale. The associates I spoke to were all extremely kind and helpful!

My partner purchased me a very nice piece from the Michael Aram collection in a Miami Bloomingdale's for my birthday, and was assured by the associate there that he would not need a receipt for a return, he could just use the return sticker on the box if needed. It's not the right color so we came to this Bloomingdale's to return it and had the worst experience with Kelly!! Not only did she roll her eyes when another associate brought her over to help, but she was cold and mean to us the entire time. She also borderline accused us of stealing the product because she could not locate it in their system. It's not our fault that an associate in another store likely messed up with the return barcode (they were still in training at the time) and we were being treated very rudely as a result. This is not the experience I expect from Bloomingdale's, and I certainly won't be returning to finish my Michael Aram collection here. Saks and Neiman Marcus sell the collection as well, so I will be taking my business there where I know I will get better service and not be accused of stealing.

I went here on a Sunday at 6pm and they close at 7pm. I only went to get a swimsuit. After finally finding the only small they had. I waiting 20 minutes for her to try to ring up the swim suit. I ordered one online in a small but she couldn't figure it out and I had to move to another register. They had to ring up the online and the one thing I got at the store in different transactions which added more time to already at this point 30 minutes of buying a swim suit. Once she was finally done since it was 7:10 they locked me in the store. I had to walk all the way around outside the store because they would only open one door on the opposite side of the mall. I bought a $100 swimsuit for the worst customer service ever. I would recommend Macy's over this place any day.

I really want to like All Saints as a clothing brand, but there stuff never fits me properly. I decided to see if I could finally buck that trend and stopped in here after going to Bloomingdales and wandering around the mall for a bit. Sadly for me (though not for my credit card bill), I didn't end up finding anything that fit. That said, the staff was really friendly and did a good job at remaining available and accessible while at the same time not making you feel suffocated. They also let me know (proactively) that all sale items were an additional 20% off, which even though there were signs in the store to this effect, I alway appreciate being clarified as sometimes (especially in larger stores) those signs can be out of date. I did find the lighting in the store to be a bit too dark for trying on clothes, though I guess that's part of their brand identity so it's hard to knock them for that. Had I found something to buy, this would have been a 5-star review instead :)

Yes, I am very glad Allsaints is in this mall but my favorite store is the one in SoHo. I literally can't walk in without buying anything at that location - even if I go weekly. Here in Orlando, I walked right in and walked right out. As I did at the South Beach location. Sad. :-(

Allsaints is a London-based brand that makes high-quality casual clothing with a rock-oriented aesthetic for young men and women. Their leather jackets, merino sweaters and hoodies, and jeans are especially renowned and Orlando is very fortunate to have an Allsaints store now. The store is done up in dark, muted, hues much like the clothing it carries and not a detail has been overlooked: keep an eye open for the ram's head hooks to hang clothing upon in the dressing rooms--that's Allsaints' logo and these hangers were custom-made for the stores. Aside from the beautiful clothes, you'll probably see several little details like this in the store you really wouldn't mind having in your own home if you like the general look of their clothing. The sales staff is beyond helpful: not pushy in the least but very well-informed and eager to help. I asked about a jacket Allsaints had online (you can order online also) but wasn't in the store; the sales associate knew off the top of her head which jacket I meant and that no, they would not be getting it in but if I was concerned about the fit she could show me another style they had and should fit about the same to try on. That's pretty on top of your game, yeah? The clothes though: I cannot stress how nice the clothes are, and they're not overpriced for their quality, either. It's so refreshing to have this level of quality available in Orlando, which aside from the actual designer lines like Prada and Versace where you're paying much more for mainly the name, you didn't see much of this level of quality in a youthful brand. My only complaint at all is that Allsaints, being British, is a bit limited on warm-weather options though they do indeed have some awesome jean shorts for summer now.

My review is based solely on service and associate to guest interaction. The mall was moderately busy. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by not one, but two associates. Angela, the one closest to me as I walked in, immediately walked over and asked me if I was looking for anything particular. I told her that I was looking for a particular look and she took off! She merchandised not just the look I was looking for, but also the feel. I told her I'd be out in the sun, but I wanted to look good. She found my size exactly and called for other associates to grab different sizes for me when I needed them. She never left my side and created a perfect outfit for me. She even went as far to continue to recommend products and looks to me after I told her I probably wouldn't be buying anything because I couldn't afford it. She also got other associates involved with critiquing and recommendations and overall guest interaction. Well done on a merchandising and service level! I'll definitely be returning to buy that "one, nice and perfect" outfit!
