I can’t say enough good things about this business and its employees. I came here in hopes of getting a family heirloom restored, and the results were amazing. Though the final price was more than the original quote due to unforeseen requirements (extremely old heirloom required extensive work), the team maintained clear communication and provided a fair price. I will definitely be returning for future needs. Thank you for everything!

These guys are really awesome!
I came in because a gentleman was making me a custom holster and got to meet Alan and Judi who were really fantastic, made me feel super welcome, listened to my needs, gave me some terrific professional advice and showed me what they had. Their selection is terrific, has a wide range of assortments and this store has a terrific feel that makes you feel welcome and valued. I've been to numerous chain stores in the area and I always feel rushed and like just another number, but these folks at Always Armed made me feel like an educated buyer although I'm really only still fairly novice.
I've got my next 2 weapons already lined up. Actually, one is for my Wife who of course wanted her own. Can't blame her one bit lol

Asked about a brand, and the worker started bashing the brand saying they prefer quality but have fake Chinese stuff every where you look.
I asked for a lpk and buffer tube and stood there for 10 minutes waiting as they all were in the back talking, then the man apologized to me when I was staring at him on his phone and he said “sorry man, I have to do some orders” as 3 other workers just stood there talking in the back.
I told them I’m going somewhere else. Always been treated badly here as the workers just make it their hang out.

I recently did some work restoring a gun but wanted to get a second opinion if it was safe to operate and if there were any other issues that i may have missed.
I called and a very nice gentleman told me to bring it on down and they would check it out. They were very kind as i came in. I explained to the gunsmith the work i did and they were able to take the gun back test and verify that it was working properly and was safe to operate.
I will be returning back to them in the future. Thanks Guys :)

They are all racist rude have no type of respect and rude as hell don’t shop here they have horrible guns anyway and have horrible choice of guns recommend never shopping here for anything

The staff was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I asked a few basic questions about a firearm, and instead of being helpful or respectful, they acted like I was wasting their time. It felt like customer service was the last thing they cared about. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you value being treated like a human being. Definitely not coming back. White man with blond slith back hair with glasses

I had suppressor height sights installed and they beat the brakes off of the originals with a punch and hammer so bad they’re now unusable.The alignment on the ones they installed were so off, I could see it when they handed it back to me. They then tried a second time.I took the gun to the range and the sight alignment was off my almost 3mm on the rear and 2mm on the front. Obviously it wasn’t going to be close to accurate.The error would be easy to spot if they used a caliper like you’re supposed to.Needless to say I won’t ever go back. I use my gun(s) to protect my life. Their carelessness shows me exactly how important they see their workmanship and frankly my life.
