Where do I even begin... I've been going to this location for 5 years now and it's significantly gone downhill. I scheduled a contact & glasses appointment, it took over an hour for the doctor to see me. The actual eye exam took less than 5 minutes, so I'm not sure why the wait was so long. The eye exam itself was nothing like I've experienced in the past from Dana. The lights were on, there was a quick 1 or 2 lense change, checked the back of my eyes and then I was cleared as my prescription was not changing. The doctor didn't give me a test pair of contacts to try out, I had to ask the eyeglass associate, Ignacio after the eye exam. At first Ignacio explained the free eye exam with 2 pairs of glasses, BEWARE, the catch is that it's only for a glasses eye exam - not glasses/contact exams. He then came back to me and explained that I actually could not take advantage of that deal. From there, I asked about the trial contacts I did not receive, he went to the back and explained my prescription was not in stock and he could order it, I agreed. Then again, misinformation... he explained that the doctor wrote down the wrong contact brand and that they actually did have them in stock. Ignacio seemed pretty disinterested in trying to help me find the best deal or helping at all, he was multitasking and talked over me multiple times before I could finish any of my questions. This location is beyond disorganized. $360 later... Save yourself, there's better eyeglass stores out there that provide better customer service and discounts.

Hello, my experience with this specific branch was good until I received my new pair of glasses. I had ordered high index + anti glare on my new glasses. When i compared it to my old glasses (same exact prescription), it looks like the new ones I got made are much thicker. They do look like they are anti-glare but definitely not high index. I called in and was told that because the frame is a bit bigger that's why thicker index is being used. I was not convinced but few days later Amanda called to follow up on the glasses I got made and she recommended that I come in and get them checked. Anthony, their licensed optician/manager was very helpful and helped me pick another pair, and explained what might have happend with frame/glasses. I was able to pick and order another pair. I am just waiting on the new pair to arrive and hopefully this problem will be fixed. I truly appreciate the time and respect I was given by Anthony. Their doctors, as well as their staff is great.

I had a fantastic experience with this business. Ignacio was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I had a difficult time choosing which style glasses frame best suited me and he was there every step of the way and even made suggestions on which frame best complimented me.

From the moment I walked in everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Anthony the manager was super helpful and helped me pick out a frame that went well with my face shape and complexion. He is super attentive and just an overall gem. I will recommend this location and the staff to everyone I know even if it’s out of network. It’s worth it!!!!

I love America’s Best. I came in to get a free exam, as advertised, if I bought 2 pairs. The deal is amazing, and the glasses selections are plenty, however, this experience here has been a bit unpleasant. I picked up my glasses, and I realized they were not helping my distance vision, but actually making it worse. I called to let them know, and I was told to come in with no appointment. I came in, and David informed that that they submitted an extended vision prescription, and the reason why I’m having issues still with my distance vision. I was unaware of this since I was clear from the get-go that I was having issues reading signs or street names. When this was discussed, I was given a few options to change the prescription, including paying an “extra fee” to fix it. After expressing discomfort, David was not pleasant to speak to. I would ask questions or ask for clarification, and he would interrupt me as I was speaking. The manager Anthony came out as he was overhearing the conversation, and explained to me that the best thing to do at this time was to re-exam to fix the issue, so I would have to make another appointment and come back. Hopefully I’m able to get it over with. I just want my glasses ?

SCAM ARTISTS! Their product is trash, quantity over quality. They are sales people, not doctors. The glasses dried my eyes out, have me terrible headaches and I was disoriented half the time and could NOT use them to drive which they assured me wouldn't be a problem. It took me 2 weeks to get my glasses and they have a 30 day return period and told.me it may take a mo th or two to get adjusted properly to my glasses. These people screwed me and wasted my money. Clearly they don't stand by what they sell and won't help me due to "policy". America's Best, that is a joke.

They completely lied to me over and over on the cost. They told me it was going to be $69 for the exam and charged me $119. I was so upset because I asked several times and was lied to. I will never go back.
