Had an appointment and still had to wait an hour. I recommend you go on a day that you have off and or when you have some free time to spare as they do not care.

The company it self always updates firmware every 2weeks to a month. Always the same bug fix and same collection of your data to sell to third parties. this updates as you know are so you can buy more of there products as the older phones can't receive the new firmware. They know this phones can handle it but yet encrypt this phones with code so they at the end of the phone are just trash and slow . I we'll be going android after this . Good bye apple

It was crowded, but if you have an appointment the service was fast. The staff was very helpful and explained in detail the whole repair process of my phone; and in contrast with the Altamonte store, they honor their appointments. It was worth the extra traveling time. Very professional and helpful staff.

My question is why make an appointment if they are not going to deliver? The store is total chaos. Checking in is a hassle then to have a seat. Ok, I sat where they told me to sit. No one helping and it as been 20 minutes. Losing all faith in Apple. Service certainly not as expected. Brought my MacBook Pro for repair. Maybe just toss in trash and buy someone other than Apple. Frustrated.

Come check it out! It’s Apple, very consistent in its store approach. The line for opening day for iPhone was very long. But if you were buying something else, they let you right in. The iPhone 15 was better than I expected. It feels and looks great!

I'm extremely disappointed with Apple's service. I was instructed to schedule an appointment and arrive by 1:00 pm, but I've been waiting for over an hour to receive the phone I've paid for. Apple should have provided a warning about the expected long wait times.

I have been in other companies that do the same business and here they know very well what the function of the Customer Services department is. In addition, the employees work hard to meet the different needs of the customers and I saw how even being with customers they ask them for permits to help some customers who do not speak the language. It’s wonderful to know where they serve you as you are.

The store, although crowded with people, was orderly and clean. The employees seemed satisfied doing their jobs and doing their best to ensure that we had a better experience in the store. Congratulations on maintaining a pleasant experience for everyone.

On Saturday, September 16, 2023, I thought I made appointment to have my computer to be fix. When we got to store at 12:30 for 12:45 appointment, this when they informed me. I had made appointment for service to purchase new item. We only waited for 1hr 15 minutes before someone did come and look at computer. Then to my surprise it was ready the next day around 11amThank you for great service.

I'm not going to say anything bad about the store but the company offered a phone that is waterproof and my phone got wet without falling into a pool or was under the rain

I would like to express my gratitude to Javier from the FL Apple Store. As a bilingual employee, he is truly an asset to this store. My experience was exceptional because of him. He took his time explaining and troubleshooting every possible way to get my phone working again. He is professional, knowledgeable and patient. If you go to this store, ask for Javier. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He worked with me for hours, until he exhausted every possible solution; accommodating my every request.Thank you Javier!!

We had an appointment for 145 PM, we arrived at 130PM. Justin/Svc rep @ repairs desk greeted us. He immediately assisted us, within 10 minutes we were moving on to Will/Tech rep. After 5 minutes, we completed our appointment. Both Justin & Will were friendly, very informative and assisted us with all of our concerns. They were great examples of service for Apple.

Went there to buy a new battery for iphone so I thought ,the gentleman took his time with tools cleaned out my charger port said that was blocking the charging. I did not need a battery walked out after one hour with a lot of service and no charging at all no money exchanged; love this place extremely professional people not there to take your money but to help you I truly believe this.
