December 2017 by Alaina Henderson"This is the second time my fiancé and I have been to the Hunters Creek Applebee’s location. The first time was during $1 margaritas and it was a great night. This time we decided to go during $1 Long Island Ice teas. When we walked in the hostess was dressed very unprofessionally. She had to be told to pay attention to the guests and do her job to host us to a table. When we sat at our table were quickly approached by our waitress and she said would be right back. Fifteen minutes later a different waitress approached us, finally we got our order taken care of. When our waitress was around she did great but it took 15 minutes for her to come around and check on us. Our appetizers looked ... interesting. They were definitely put in the microwave but tasted fine, we were starving. A couple of long islands later, each one tasting different, our entree arrived and it was freezing cold. I’m guessed it was sitting in the window for quite some time. Things ran smoother after dinner, maybe because it wasn’t as busy. There isn’t one person to blame, it’s a team effort in the end and this place clearly has no leader. This restaurant needs Jon Taffers help ASAP !! AND THEY DIDN’T COMP US FOR ANY OF THE INCONVENIENCE, mind you, we were very polite and mindful through the entire night."

They had the bartender cooking in the kitchen and busser waiting tables, dishes were piled up all over the tables. drinks were terrible i don't think the bartender was even a bartender she told us she was out of the $1 margaritas but then we saw her make 2 drinks for 2 different people! Our food was burnt and gross. I witness the manager serving tables and not knowing what was blue cheese or ranch. Just overall it was terrible. But i still gave the girl a good tip because at the end of the day it wasn't her fault the restaurant was short staff. But i definitely will not be back here!"
July 2017 by Tom D"We are a group of 9, they were accommodating and friendly! Had two staff members waiting across our table. We had come in late after a long days at the Disney Parks and it was perfect to fill a whole. Quick service , good food , great price, refillable drinks. Not the best meal youl have in Florida but a prefect one to feed your hunger after a busy day."
April 2017 by life_is_beuatiful"We were there on Sunday, the 30th of April, and were 'helped' by Kelsey, the bartender. Our order was the following: 2 for 1 Margaritas, wings as appetizer, ribs and steak for entree. She came back with the margaritas a few minutes later, but once I tasted it, all I tasted was the sour mix. Minutes went by, she wasn't available and I kindly asked a gentleman to let her know that my Margarita tasted very little like alcohol. He was happy to help me out and took it back to the bar. Appearing very bothered by it, she yelled at him saying: what's wrong with it? He told her that I said that it needed more alcohol. And she grabbed both glasses, slammed them against the counter, threw all of it out and yelled: I know I am doing! and kept mumbling something. She just left the new drinks on the counter, looking obviously annoyed and very upset. I went to the bar to tell her that I am sorry it upset her, but I never said she didn't know what she was doing, I just asked for a favor. She rolled her eyes, and before I was done talking, she turned her back at me and walked away. I was very surprised. I am a server/bartender myself and have me never encountered any professionals who treats their customers like that... for little or no reason. I did not see a manager on the floor, and it all happened so fast, my husband and I decided to simply walk out to avoid any further conflict. This is truly the worst experience I have ever had as a customer or as a server/bartender. I understand people have problems and might be upset for whatever reason, but you never take it out on a stranger, and more than that, on a paying customer! "
