Everything was great up until the delivery, which was a complete nightmare. Wrong parts were brought which will hold up the assembly several days, so I am stuck with a room full of assembled furniture in my room, sleeping on a mattress in the living room with all my stuff laid out and I work the next 6 days straight. Spent several hours on the phone with customer service, distribution and the store trying to get the situation figured it out. Nothing got accomplished except for $100 off my $2k order, thanks for nothing, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

Kevin was absolutely great and I am so happy I chose Ashley Furniture! I was nervous about buying my own new furniture for the first time especially after making a big move, but Kevin was so helpful and honest throughout the whole process. Had a pleasant enough experience in the store and my salesman was a gentlemen, but after waiting 10 days the wrong couch arrives at the wrong time (they sent numerous text saying it would come at 2:30pm-6:00pm, but it came at 1:30pm. I ordered an expensive reclining couch and they sent one with out an arm rest. The deliver teams says that it only comes without arm rest, seeming to suggest it is my fault. I know what I picked out on the floor of the store. I call the store. No apology, no how can we make this right. So, I requested refund. It takes 3-5 days for refund. I was really excited about the couch too.

Worst furniture store. From the day 2 to 1 year, this is the worst furniture experience ever. First, they could not deliver what we purchased for three times. 1st and 2nd delivered items were damaged. 3rd time they brought it fine but with a big sticker on it. There is still the stain on it due to sticker. They said they will give some money back but it never happened. When we follow up on what they promised, they kept passing it to someone else and nobody took responsibility on what was promised to keep us happy. And now, 1 year from purchase, I had to deal with their financing company b/c they informed that they will be charging interest after 1 year of purchase. In store, we were told that there won't be any interest for 72 months and it is not true. We learned our lesson and like to make others aware. We will not step a foot in that store anymore. If you like to purchase something, use your own credit card b/c you will have more power when you go through any issues. I regret that I did not use my own credit card.

We had to get new furniture for most of our house. We had a house fire. Sally Seaton was the most caring and kindest sales associate at the Waterford location. She explained everything to us . She took her time and showed us some beautiful things. She knew that we were on a budget. We will definitely be be buying more furniture from Sally in the future. I highly recommend Sally the next time that you need furniture. She is the best!

Worst service ever. The store itself is nice and the sales associate was very helpful in trying to get us discounts but everything after was a disaster. We were told our sofa would be delivered on 7/15 but they would try to get it to us earlier with our mattress delivery. When they contacted us about the mattress delivery, I asked if the sofa would be delivered then. They said no and actually they would not be able to deliver on the 15th it would be much later. I informed them that is not acceptable as we moved across country and need furniture. The customer service rep was very rude and after much argument said she found the sofa and would be able to get it out to us on the original date 7/15. On 7/13, we received a text saying the sofa would not be available for delivery until 7/21. After much argument with the company we canceled our order. Also, the bed we purchased is not comfortable and they do not offer any guarantee/return.

Worst customer service! The pieces of my bed were only partially delivered and installed. None of the support pieces were delivered or installed. I called customer service and was left on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. I then went down to the store and was told they would have to order the pieces and send a tech out to install them. A tech arrived today when no one was home. The customer service people said they called my husband's number (which was no where on the order) and left a voice mail that they would be here this afternoon. There are no missed calls on his phone and no voice mails, so they lied. The tech left and I called customer service only to be told it would be another 17 days before they could send someone back over to the house to install the missing pieces. Amazing that I paid for delivery and installation for my bed and only received pieces of a bed and lies. I will have to shop somewhere else for the rest of my bedroom furniture. So disappointing!!

This place is an absolute joke. Almost all the furniture I bought for them was delivered broken. I immediately reported the issue and a week later nothing is fixed. I spoke with them again today and they say the soonest they can get someone out is in 3 weeks! I spent close to 3k at this store and this is how they treat customers. We are literally sleeping on the floor until these issues are fixed and nobody at this store or their awful call center cares.

Zo is a pro and helped me when I was shopping solo for living room furniture. Prices are higher here but they have a lot of sales and the quality is worth it. Excited for the furniture to arrive!

Got a call that the driver was in route with my delivery. Waited an hour and no one showed up. When I called the person said the driver waited 15 minutes and I never showed up so he left and refused to come back because he was over an hour and a half away. When I asked about rescheduling a delivery I was told that they couldn’t help me with that and that I would get my bed set in the next couple weeks. I was so excited because the bed set is beautiful and now I’m upset because customer care is a joke.

My friend and I walked in there and the lady at the front stopped us and asked us our age so we politely told her 17 and she told we weren't allowed to be in there without a parents since when do you have to be 18 to go in a furniture store what if I didn't have parents ? What if I got kicked out my house? What if I lost everything? Hmmm I do not understand you get 1 star and I'll be shopping at Kane's from now on the blonde girl on the commercials is prettier than your "manager" anyway

Their promotions are very misleading...the manager wouldn't honor a promotion that stated online that they would take an extra 10% off because apparently in very fine print it said it was for select items.I spoke with a sales person before driving all the way to the store to make sure that they would honor the promotion and I show up and she changed her story saying that they couldn't honor it. I even sent them a screenshot of the picture and name of the couch I was trying to buy and they said that they would honor it.They made me drive all the way here.Very unprofessional to do something like that. *UPDATE* they ended up honoring,but only after I had to come back in an show them the screenshot

My wife and I had shopped everywhere for the right sectional couch and nothing seemed to be right completely....until we visited Ashley's. Staff was not pushy and we managed to find just the right couch for us, Goldilocks perfect! Optional left or right facing chaise. Then we fell in love with a new lift top coffee table to match which was not on our agenda but WOW! Couldn't pass it up with the Memorial Day Sale! Plus they managed to have it delivered to our new home in NEW SMYRNA BEACH! Apparently their Daytona store had it in stock too.

Jonathan Reyes was amazing. He found me exactly what I was looking for and was friendly and personable the entire time. I was in and out of the store in under 30 minutes. He will definitely be the reason I shop at Ashley again.

I normally hate and will sometimes refuse to be helped when I walk into stores as I tend to feel as though the salesperson is trying to sell me everything and anything I lay my eyes on. However, that was not the case with my visitation at the Ashley’s on Alafaya. My experience was extremely pleasant, primarily because of Kevin! He was very charismatic and showed genuine interest in helping me find what I was looking for. In the end, I left as a satisfied customer. Looking forward to future shopping at this store!

Initially, my husband and I ordered a sectional online and underestimated the size we would want. So we needed to find an armless chair to make our two piece sectional a three piece. I called different stores, chatted online, called a dispatcher and then was lucky enough to get transferred to this store to speak with Ann. I cannot tell you how helpful she was. She understood what I needed, we made an appointment for me to come in and meet with her and she went above and beyond. Initially the piece I wanted wasn’t in stock and would have needed to be delivered. By a stroke of luck, one showed up the same day I was coming in so she called me to let me know and set it aside for me. She knew I was in a hurry so she handled everything quickly and efficiently. She even loaded the piece into my car herself and made sure it stayed clean. Ann truly showed how much she cared about the customer and made this sticky situation a perfect one. I cannot thank you enough, Ann, and will always ask for you when I’m at Ashley!

STAY AWAY. Customer service is terrible. I ordered 3 items from this store and only received 2 in good condition. The third was completely scratched up and the leg was broken before it even entered my house! I called and asked when I should be receiving the last item and the girl said she "didn't know" and didn't bother to find out. She said I would receive a call the next day with more information. I waited 24 hours and called back since I never received their call. The new girl was unable to let me know if I will be receiving my delivery this week and said she'll call me back later. I asked how long it would take for her to call me back and she said she didn't know and hung up on me. Crap service. I'm very disappointed and upset with the way they're handling the situation, especially since it was Ashley's delivery truck that ruined my sofa. Had it been my fault, I wouldn't have cared as much, but it was damaged during transit and they didn't even think to say "sorry." Nope. Never going back to any Ashley's and will be letting my new homeowner friends know about this absolutely ridiculous situation.

worst customer service ever couldn't deliver my bed because I couldn't be there for the four hours time frame they wanted to give me another time where I will be out of town the customer service rep nor the manager was was willing to help me they rather a refund then I got another customer service rep to help me and give me a time frame from corporate office she calls me back and tells me what my bad that was going to be delivered on the 8th is now on backorder go figure never again going in tomorrow to get my refund

Had a great experience at the store. This one star is strictly due to the delivery service. My scheduled delivery was between 3-7pm. In the morning, I messaged the number of the service guy telling them to please not come early as I have work until 3pm and got no response.They arrived at my apartment at 2:45pm and tried calling me, but ended up leaving me a voicemail due to me being at work. I them returned their call 5 min after they called telling me they were at the apartment early. They again did not answer my phone call. I then called a second time before 3pm and they did not answer nor return my phone call. Finally I got home at 3:30pm due to severe weather while driving home. We had a severe weather warning. I had to call customer service as I did not hear from nor get any notification from the delivery service. I understood why they left, but i had asked the customer service representative to please call and have them come back after they finish their last job. He said "if they want to." He also said he would call me to let me know. I received no phone call so I called again at 5:45pm. The lady said the delivery guy was already half way back to Tampa and I am in Orlando. First of all, I take this as the guy did not want to do his job. My delivery time was between 3-7pm. How is he already half way back to Tampa at 5:45pm when he could've come back to my apartment to set up my ONE PEICE of furniture I purchased and as a matter of fact paid a lot of money for and EXTRA money for this delivery and setup. This is infuriating to me. He would have been done delivery and setting up my bed frame WAY before 7pm and probably even before 6pm. I just do not understand how somebody cannot do their job. They had a certain amount of deliveries they were doing and I was one of them. I did not throw off their schedule and they did not have extra people they had to get to. They just did not want to come back and do their job.

Very rude delivery employees. Delivered my brand new dining table and chest with shipping indentations throughout the entire table. Very unprofessional the way this was handled. We love the product but it is definitely not what we are paying for. Awful customer service and will return this and go elsewhere. Unfortunately never will do business again with this company whatsoever. Will be posting pictures through yelp and later on google. Definitely coming from a customer service background will never refer anyone to this company. I want for exactly what I pay for and this is garbage service as if my furniture cost $100. This is a big purchase in which you all profit when we make purchases $1500 and above. Usually don’t make reviews or have to conclude to this extent especially when I am not the one who was home when it was delivered. Even the benches are wobbly due to the installation being rushed. I am completely frustrated and once again you all have lost a loyal customer that loves the product but not the service and the condition it has been delivered.

I walked in once the store open, I spoke to a wonderful man name Jay Patterson Jay is a mattress expert. I told him my mattress was very old and i was indeed of a new one like asap. I have health issues and a back issue as well. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns. I was able to pick a mattress out. also customer service lady i dont remember her name she was such a sweetheart. This is the place to come too i went to many places for a mattress and i did find one till now. My god bless Jay Patterson and many blessing to him. Thank you so much for your help.

There are no words to express my gratitude for the service I received from Kevin. Initially, when I walked into the store I was greeted by the Store Manager Marie. She explained to me that someone will be with me and then Kevin showed up in less than two minutes. He allowed me to explain what I was interested in. All my questions he answered in full detail. He even thought of information that I wasn’t thinking of and shared it. I truly felt as if I was doing business with my father. He is very genuine and kind. The entire experience was welcoming and I felt valued as a customer. I am super excited about my new furniture. I can’t wait to see how amazing it is going to look in my home. I honestly can’t rave enough about the experience I encountered this evening. Thank you so much Kevin. DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY'S! I ordered a sofa and love seat Jan. 24th. Was told two week which I thought was a long time but because I liked the furniture decided to go ahead and get it. The original quote given to me by the sales person for the extra warranty was incorrect by $30.00. I let that go. The day the furniture was to be delivered they showed up with just the love seat. Did not know why the sofa was not there. After they left we realized the lumbar support did not work. They have agreed to exchange the love seat but am being told it will not be delivered till March 22nd! I then asked for the sofa to be delivered on March 5 when they told me it could be. They told me yes. Today since I had not gotten an e-mail from them about a time for delivery I called and was told they did not have the delivery set up till March 24th!!! The manager of the store was to have called me back in regards to a question we had on the warranty. That was a couple weeks ago and still have not heard anything on this issue. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I'm thinking of calling my credit card company to dispute the whole charge and forget about Ashley and go somewhere else. Delivery is a night mare!!!and where is the owner of Ashley furniture stores? Do they not check on things. The BBB needs to be informed
