My experience was bad with the supervisor, whose name is Natasha. She has bad form. I tried on several occasions to talk to her so she could help me in that clinic because apart from her, the work team is excellent, all the boys and girls are very friendly except her. She told me that she was the only supervisor and there was no one else that I could complain about, she treated me like trash that day that I had an appointment to see her in front of the patients and everyone at the reception was not able to call me aside and tell me Everything happened in front of everyone, and she told me that if I wanted to leave, I would be in very bad shape. She must have someone to follow up with her and explain to her that when talking about a payment plan, that is personal, no one, not the receptionist or the Patients should find out about a patient's problem. That is personal. I would like my opinion to be taken into account so that this does not happen again. Since she knows that I was going to complain, today she called me asking me if I still wanted to go after the mistreatment she had given me. He did, I'm sorry for the other guys, they are all very nice, I don't know how Natasha has to take care of the patients.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have NEVER had a good dental visit UNTIL NOW!!!!I TOTALLY RECOMMEND them to EVERYONE!NO PAIN during and no pain the next day, "so long you follow your instructions", you shouldn't have any issue. The staff is friendly and so kind and helpful. I thank you all so much and will be back to see you soon?

It was my first time at Aspen Dental today and it went so smooth. I credit this to my dental hygienist Crystal - she was FABULOUS! So incredibly kind, welcoming, gentle, she explained things to me because she knew I was nervous and kept telling me how good I was doing.. seriously she needs a raise! She was wonderful. One coworker was complaining she was too slow, however i completely disagree.. she was the only dental hygienist while I was there that has good patient care. Thank you Crystal for easing my dental anxiety- I appreciate you!

Now I wish I'd gone somewhere else! The surgical part was OK but the quality of the dentures have been questionable, I've broken the bottom 12 times now! They repair and go 1to3 months and break! I've been patient enough but now it's time to honor your money back guarantee and I'll find a more reputable dentist! I've paid a lot of money in good faith that the dentures would work as I was told, they are not and broken again! I will contact customer support tomorrow morning3/14/24Aspen has REALLY gone down hill! I went in to get a tooth repaired on my denture under warranty, they said they have a new dentist that wants to have a look, in fact the entire staff was new and for about the third time since getting the work done, and they will repair the denture, told the girl I was on lunch break and not much time, was going to drop off and pick up after work, she said it'll only take 15 minutes. I said ok, the new dentist looked.and I was on way, now I get a bill for an exam?! I did not solicit an exam, nothing was said about charging me for an exam or I would have declined, tried to call billing and left on hold for 20 minutes. They evidently have no regard for the patients time or health for that matter, I had a LOT of work done in one day and there never was a follow up call or contact until the next appointment. I'm going to a REAL dentist regardless of weather it voids the warranty or not, I'm done with aspen!

I had an amazing experience with Doctor Hong and her staff. I was nervous due to my last experience in a different place.. I told them my cares and worries. Just the way they explained step by step for me was comforting. Amaizing... looking forward to a long relationship for my teeth with them all... Thank you so much everyone.

BE AWARE this place is horrible, my dentures have broken 15 times in 3 years. Also was paying for regular set of dentures for over 2 years and come to find out they still had temporary plate in but charging for permanent teeth. Proceed with caution because you will be spending your days off at the dentist!

I have had nothing but the most awesome experience with the team at this aspen dental. From reception to billing to all the great dental assistants and Doctors. They were able give me the smile I’ve always wanted right before I started a new job! Super friendly and whenever I need my immediate dentures adjusted they take the time and fit them perfect. Valerie is amazing! Straight to the point of fixing the issues causing me pain and making my appointment quick and painless. I absolutely want to thank everyone at this location because they have been nothing but helpful, understanding and gentle during the whole process. Thank you again Valerie and team

I LOVE Aspen Dental. I’ve had major issues in the past several years and was told implants weren’t possible due to bone loss.Aspen and their staff worked together and now my dreams are coming true, I’m getting my old smile back! Implant surgery 8-31-21UPDATE 8/26/23 STILL NO TEETH ONLY SCREWS IN MY JAWMy payment was caught up in my divorce so Aspen Dental in Waterford Lakes Orlando Florida refused to finish my implants. The 30k check was stopped at the bank by my exThey have a document from my attorney stating payment as soon as the money is freed up by the judge but they are letting me go without teeth; I can’t eat, speak correctly, No Smiling and no resting point for my jaw so I’m in constant pain.I was in the hospital for over a week September 2022 because I aspirated food and ended up with sepsis and blood poisoning. I almost died and had tests on my heart for a possible transplant. I am literally afraid to eat.The last visit the dentist told me not to wear my “healing dentures” but gave me none to replace them.The hopes and dreams I had for my teeth are only that because Aspen Dental in Waterford doesn’t care about your mental or physical health; only money.9/1/2023 UPDATEAspen Dental has reached out to try and help.I’ll post a detailed update after I speak to them.Oct 2023 I went to the appointment we scheduled~ I live in Kentucky~ and was told the doctor that owned the practice said I could not be seen until my bill was paid.I had rented a car, hotel and driven to Florida for this appointment. My hopes were high that I may have teeth for Thanksgiving!The office staff was rude and condescending.They announced to the entire lobby that I would not be seen until I pay my bill. I said “you called ME!” They explained then the owner has refused my medical care.So here I am, teeth pulled September 2021Finances still tied up in a nasty divorceAspen Dental is the last place I would recommend.I will actually campaign against Aspen Dental forever.

They gave me an appointment toward the end of the day, and knew I was coming in for a broken tooth. Spent 40minutes on a chair for them to tell me they don’t have time to do anything today.

I really enjoyed my visit with Aspen dental. I had been seeing the last dentist for 20 years, so I was worried about the change. Dr Hong was awesome!! Couldn’t ask for a more caring professional. Looking forward to my entire family making this positive change!!! I was seen on time, and love how front staff treated us!!! ??????

This location, Waterford in Orlando, has renewed my faith with Aspen Dental. The surgeon as well as the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, I am moving or this would be my permanent location!

Took me back a little late for my appointment, but the whole visit was good.
