I love the efficiency of this store and all the employees are fantastic and friendly. I do want to point out one employee in particular I believe his nickname is Jamaica He's a lanky black gentleman I believe you wears glasses he is incredibly giving what is time and expertise. When I got my flip phone which I love he actually spent at least an hour if not more past closing to make sure I had everything sorted out This guy is the kind of thing that makes you AT&T the company it is so please keep him and please give him a raise and make sure you have people like him all around

Worst customer service!! “Jamaica led us on a whirlwind of craziness for an hour when we were trying to upgrade my son’s phone. Never got anywhere with him and couldn’t follow his rhetoric and agenda which made us both very confused, agitated, and frustrated. This business needs to fire staff and update the location and customer service policies to be more professional and appropriate for the loyal customers. I will NOT be back and was forced to call 611 and handle everything on the phone. Needs major improvements!!!

It's the worst store in Orlando. I went to get a business line and Jamaica helped me. That's the seller's name. He took the line out for me but he tricked me and said it was a business account and it wasn't. He did it as a personal account and I've gone. I went to the store several times to see the manager Julio and he is never there and it is a problem to get it

Wow!!! This has got to be the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time…I was directed to contact a corporate store via the “611” customer service line.Made contact with a representative at this store over the phone by the name of Jamaica… he couldn’t fulfill my request because he was new and very Unknowledgeable I then requested to speak with a supervisor, Jamaica replied everyone was busy and “my best bet” was to find a corporate store that can assist me better. When asked if he could reference any corporate stores in my area he then replied he’s not Obligated to know any of the locations. I then told him that I would hold for a member of management to which he then replied he only knew of one named Luis and the current MOD was busy and he didn’t know his name and he couldn’t read his name tag at the moment… he then proceeded to tell me that he had to go because he intended to move on to the next customer and that I didn’t have the option to hold being that their was no time frame for someone else becoming available to assist with my request… I’m very disappointed in the way I was handled as an account holder with AT&T. 0/10 service

I had the pleasure of taking my son in today to get a new phone. I wasn’t sure what options we had because the phone was still very much under contract. Gio helped us and was able to give us the very best deal on a phone and made sure we weren’t overpaying on our bill. He did that without being asked. I recommend the drive to this location if you are an AT&T customer.This will be my home store from now on!

Customer service is horrible here! Only one person here for everything! came in to pay a bill and I have been waiting for over 15 mins. Was greeted disgracefully I do not recommend coming to this store.

Jeff and Gio are probably the most helpful people ive had at a phone store. Helping us save some monies with helpful tips even though they really didnt have to speak up about it.Was in and out in like 30 min with a new phone and some new knowledge.

Got in there two workers with two customers. Stood around for half an hour. Totally disregarded no greeting no one says we will be with you next. No customer courtesy. Walk out. Went to another location.

The manager that works there needs to learn customer service skills and learn how to multi task.. this must be his first job dealing with customer's.. multitasking isn't that hard.. I hope you can get some training on it

Go somewhere else. They charged me $15 for a sim card that did not work, then they charged me another $30 for another card that ended up working after a 2 hour wait while they scrolled on their phones. The staff had no clue what they were doing and I ended up paying the price for their incompetence. Save your headache and money and go to a store that knows what they're doing and cares.We even went back 3 times and were rudely ignored with odd looks as if we were grifting and were told "the manager is not here" every time. The manager may not even exist or is on a perpetual vacation. I ended up going to the N Mills store further away and got excellent service there. Never going back.

This store has inconsistent customer service. It’s a toss up to get a helpful employee here. Particularly I go to this store for convenience since I live near but my last experience shall be the last. After being with ATT for 20 years I have switched to Verizon. I purchased three iPhone 14 plus. There is this new guy who I believe is named Luis he was new to the store in December 22, he is the most disrespectful employee yet. Lost the equipment I went to trade in for which now I’m getting charged.
