I am a FirstNet Account Holder for several years. I went into the store in December to trade in my phone and get a newer iphone. While in the store, I was offered a "free apple watch" with a new apple watch cell plan ($10 a month). Since then I have had nothing but issues. It seems they changed my plan and added insurances I didn't request. Since then I have had to call 611 3 times to fix the issues. Most recently I noticed my Hot Spot was removed from account because of the plan change and I have been paying for this "free watch". After speaking to customer service via phone, I was told the offer for the "free watch" is not valid in Florida. I have to open a case and get it reviewed or cancel the line and pay for the watch in total. Absolutely ridiculous. Although the customer service was good at the time, this experience makes me never want to do any business with this store and possible change providers.

If your looking for superb customer service, knowledgable freindly staff this is location to go. Mike was extremely attentive to our family needs and went over pricing, plans and gave the best option for what fit our lifestyle. I highly recommend anyone looking for service use att as their provider. Also go to this specific location. Im very pleased to had this experience.

Went to this location last week to upgrade my phone. I have the next plan to upgrade every 18 months. The employee looked at my phone, examining it from every angle for an uncomfortable amount of time and told me he couldn’t accept it as a trade in because of a “chip” in the corner. I couldn’t even see the chip he was talking about. He was pointing to one corner that was covered in a protective case from the day I bought it. He claimed the store would charge him personally $500 if he took it in. I went to a different ATT store and exchanged my phone no problem. This location obviously doesn’t want to participate in the companies exchange/upgrade program.

Such great people in this store here. I sat patiently for a little less then an hour as it was very busy and packed full of people. But one of the workers there Andrea was very courteous to everyone waiting as well as me. She was moving very quickly but getting things done having people in front of me just fly out the door with a smile on their faces. Needless to say she dose amazing at what she dose and needs a raise ASAP in my opinion. Great job here highly recommend seeing Andrea and this store for whatever you need. 1000/100 :)

I went to this store and they signed me up for Firtsnet due to being a first responder. I was told I was getting a “free apple watch” and my bill was going to be roughly about 70 dollars a month. I got my first bill for $240 dollars. The “free apple watch” is not free in the state of Florida, they signed me up for a line with for the watch which I was never notified. Then they had the audacity once again to lie saying they told me it was going to be “7 dollars” which my bill says 10 dollars a month plus 9 dollars for the apple watch with a contract for 36 months ??♀️ which once again all they said “you are getting a free watch”. They automatically added all of the protection plans they offer to the apple watch and my phone which once again I was not notified or even asked if I wanted to add it. I had to spend over 2 hrs with Firstnet trying to fix my bill and getting the right information as the store and even with the store manager Micheal present, does not know the correct information. I had to go back to return the apple watch and asked them to cancel the line which once again they didn’t and I had to call firstnet again to help me. They lied to my face and I was naive as I thought “wow how nice this company doing something nice for first responders”. All they care about is adding all the hidden fees and transactions which later you will have to fix. I definitely do not recommend a store that lies to customers and it is not transparent or forthcoming with crucial information.

Never change to this phone, it does not work in Lake Nona and the WIFI is always lost and the option they give you to solve all the problem is to sell you a product. Thank God, it will not be long until we get out of this bad service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Ariana came in clutch!!! I had my phone repaired by ubreakifix and they forgot to put my sim card and the tray back so my phone didn't work and they closed before I realized it. Ariana at AT&T set me up with an e-sim, without that I would've been screwed for work the next day.
