They usually have the parts I need for my car and I appreciate that but I can't get around Sarah's poor customer service. She doesn't need to interact with people she seems miserable and she's rude!

The lady attending on the counter on July 2, 2023 in the morning is super rude and condescending. I asked her name and she said Madelyn. I know she is Hispanic, probably Puertorrican because she called me papi.I don't know if Madelyn is her real name or not but she is very bad for the AutoZone business.I bet every other negative review here mentioning the lady or the employee that was rude was talking about her.As long as this mean lady with the gray shirt is working in this store or wherever I see her in any other store, Auto Zone will be losing my money.I went to pick up some parts for my car and she had a very bad attitude from the very beginning and it just got worst the whole time I was there.I ask for the 2 belts and she says what belts?... Come on, you work in an auto part shop, you should know what two belts I'm talking about.Then I asked for the battery cables and she asked, what battery cables? I just couldn't help myself and shot back sarcastically, the ones that goes on the battery, duh!!!She started mumbling I don't know what while looking for the cables then she started screaming where she was in front of the cables, what size do you want?I just told her, just charge for the parts that are on the counter already. I just wanted to leave because I was about to explode on her.If this lady does not want to work with people, why the heck is she working in the customer service area?I've already seen your reply to the other people talking about the bad,.rude employee or lady.If you're really talking to her or doing any training with her, ITS NOT WORKING!!!!If she stays there, she'll keep scaring away your customers. Just saying. But if she's more important than the customers... Oh Well!!!I wonder how you are going to hold yourselves to the highest standards and professionalism with employees like her. I don't see the path to it.

The workers are theifts, I left my blu tooth speaker and told them to hold it for me until I come back to pick it up, and now they say they don't see it.

Initially I was going to give this store a 1 ? but Sarah changed my whole mood when she stepped through the door. She asked me how was I doing and if I was being helped by anyone with the most welcoming smile. My mechanic sent me to get a rotor I ended up buying brakes, 2 rotors, cleaner and something else I forget the name now. My mechanic said I needed all the things she gave me. I changed my mechanic because if it wasn't for her I would be in the same situation. My car is running perfectly and my brakes is quiet and sharp now just like it should be.

On December 31, 2021 my grandson who was visiting from NC, lost the battery charge for his car. We visited your store and were assisted by Margaret M Commercial Driver Customer Satisfaction. She cheerfully and graciously went above and beyond our expectations to assist us in recharging his battery. They're a little slow there but always spend time with you and make sure that you're happy definitely go there again. I would like to add the AutoZone in Apopka was a horrible experience the lady manager there came to the back when one of the workers was helping three of us she thought he was only helping me which I'm 64 years old I need 5 minutes or 10 minutes sometimes this lady was very rude asking her what's taking you so long with a big attitude it made all of us look at her like what. She has no manager skills at all when the guy that was taking care of us knows 10 times more than that lady knows she's a tall Spanish lady I'm waiting for the reply on that store because I did mention it
