Today, I had the worst experience at Bank of America by a female banker, after, I was greeted and waited for my turn, an agent came up to me and asked me to follow her, she asked to access my account and after telling her that I forgot my password so replied (well , you only have 20 seconds or wait outside in a rude way ) with a hand gesture telling me to leave her office . This incident made me really realize how awful this bank is as far as customer service. After talking to the manger and addressing the issue, she was very nice to calm me down but the other associate has to go to a serious series 101 customer service etiquette before she can represent Bank of America. By the way, there is a gentleman teller with the long hair is always greeting customers with big smile and very helpful. Still can’t believe that someone at 2024 giving the hand gesture at a customer service establishment .

What a bad service, I don't know what has happened to you lately, since your headquarters has a large number of people, you should have more employees, what a shame to spend and wait more than two hours for them to serve you and waste so much time waiting, you need to be careful, they come out, what are they? immediately and you cannot make an appointment for a week from now, they sit you waiting and they don't even tell you that you have to wait more than two hours for them to really attend to you, how poorly they are working

I walked into this BOA and was pleasantly greeted by an associate and then I explained why I came in. The associate went to talk to the manager for about 5-10 mins about my issue. In the time I waited for that associate to come back, 2 more employees came to check on me to see if I had already been helped. It was nice to see that the employees wanted to help me. Ultimately I was helped by Rodrigo Torres, who went above and beyond to help me. He was knowledgeable and personable. His customer service and ability to help my specific issue was amazing. 12 out of 10 stars! Highly recommend working with him!

First of all I have been banking at BOA for probably 20 years. Twice I have travelled overseas on extended stays and come back to reopen my account with no hassles. For some reason, this time it was extremely difficult.They couldn't issue me a temporary card to use which had been the case every time I have reopened an account with BOA. (New bank policy since I last visited?)They wouldn't let me deposit the foreign currency I had on me. They said there would be a block on my account restricting my ability to deposit foreign cash. This is the first time this has happened to me.The computer wouldn't accept my foreign phone number so I couldn't set up an online account. Another first.I just got back into the United States and I haven't had the time to get a new SIM card. I have been getting around using Uber. Now get this; their complimentary Wifi wasn't working so I had no way of using the Uber app. They didn't offer to help me get connected in any way. I went to a Nail shop across the street where a nice young man let me use their internet to call an Uber.The person I dealt with was so apathetic, unhelpful and blasé I will be switching banks as soon as I get settled. Also, I was there for about 90 minutes and didn't really get anything accomplished.Because of this total lack of customer service I now loathe this bank. They lost a very long time customer.

Bank of America! Are you trying to keep or lose customers?! If this location was my first experience with you, I would be looking for ANY OTHER BANK!One teller for drive thru and one for inside! ONE! The one that’s at the front shows NO remorse for anyone in the line! No sorry for the wait, nothing! On the contrary she’s laughing and talking to the one other person behind the window with her!This is a high traffic area! Why are you understaffed and why would you hire employees that don’t care about your customers?!

My friend, whom isn't well, wanted to have a roof estimate notarized, and the bank had her sitting and waiting for hours while two bank representatives waited on one person. One bank representative was actually working and the other was sitting have a social conversation nothing to do with banking. The service at this Bank of America location is horrible! Simply horrible. Never will I come to this location again. I'll stick to the location in my neighborhood, Bayhill. I give this location 10 thumbs down.
