I'd give them a zero if I could. SIMPLE was great. Bbva switch over was botched beyond belief. Services are terrible if you have to call be aware. We are stuck with them for a few more weeks while we finish closing our accounts since their service is so bad. Reps do not understand what you are asking and are not very helpful. Their trying but the product from my experience is terrible. If you switched from SIMPLE you probably already know but beware the changes made to your account and understand them.You don't want to have to call them. Believe me.

Horrible Bank. Horrible customer service. This bank cashed 3 checks and never credited my mothers mortgage account. Two months have gone by and they can't figure out what happened to the checks. They say the account has been credited but there are no posted transactions for the 3 checks. The are now charging late fees and refuse to reverse them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Every time I call I have a feeling that kids run this bank, they hang up on you anytime they feel like and keep you on hold for a very long time. So so disappointed....

I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get a payment to go through that I had already made twice. Repeatedly asked for a supervisor for 45 min and was refused. My husband was told he was not authorized to make the payment when he’s on the loan too, then was told he was not authorized on our bank account, then advised they don’t have access to see our accounts so they can’t provide answers. They kept giving us conflicting information while also telling us repeatedly they not know what the issue was or why it happened. Then after 2 hours of talking to an associate who didn’t know what he was talking about, attempting to be transferred to departments who couldn’t help me at all and finally thinking this horrendous experience was over he all of a sudden couldn’t process the payment. Then finally managed to get his supervisor, Angel, on the line, who immediately said he can’t process a payment, who then proceeded to tell me how it was my fault I was on the phone for 2 hours waiting for a supervisor when I knew all the supervisors and managers were in a meeting even though the 2 hours were not spent waiting solely for a supervisor- I repeatedly asked for a supervisor for 45 min while still trying to resolve the issue with the associate because the associate on the line just kept repeatedly saying the same thing over and over again and kept talking to my husband instead of me when I was the one asking the questions. I would NEVER recommend this horrific company to anyone and will be glad when we switch everything and I never have to deal with these horrible, sexist, unprofessional and ignorant fools who can’t seem to take responsibility for their own errors and try to blame it on the customer who spent 2 hours trying to make a payment for the 3rd time.

Worst bank ever!!!! After they close my simple account switching over to BBVA, the problems associated with this bank are terrible. They did not honor my house payment on the first so had to pay another $1,000, but they still are holding the $1,000!!!! I can’t seem to get anyone to respond to me. When I call them they hang up!!! Very disappointed in this bank. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. Not worth your time!!!!!!

Please beware with this bank and believe all the negative reviews, this bank is a joke they closed my credit card without any notice, causing me financial problems. Besides the embarrassment of a transaction being declined , since they closed the account I've been making all my payments on time, until they started charging me interest on there closed credit card. I missed a payment because the frustration of being charged, and now im 60 point less on my credit score , I have over 10 credit cards from the most reputable banks on USA to the cheapest one and this has never happened to me before I honestly regret the day I accepted this credit card.

I applied for their credit card. After processing my application for a month, they sent me an email it is rejected! My score is 750 with excellent history! Stay away from it

This bank has awful customer service, will charge you late fees even if you pay your bill on time. CSR's will literally argue with you, lie to you and tell you there is nothing they can do. Keep your money and credit away from this bank.

This is by far the worst bank ever. Last week they charged me over $160 in fees. This week the same charge of $160 for money I already had in the bank. $320 in 2 weeks is ridiculous!!!!! And they won't even refund me any of it back. Now I have no money whatsoever.

this is really a ZERO rating, but I cannot post without a star. Just received an email from them with NO unsubscribe, in fact NO small text with their email policies in small print, this is illegal activity! Very shady shenanigans for sure!

It has been more than 3 weeks that I have applied for a credit card and they have not processed my application yet! It takes them forever to process your application! I have called and emailed them but nothing changed.
