It's good quality for the price. The rooms are decent.Just keep in mind that the breakfast is totally worthless. It's incomplete and tastes like plastic and even the coffee is a disaster. What's even worse is that all the entire dishware is made of foam and even the cutlery is made of single use plastics! Even de apples are wrapped in plastic...

Only steps away from Universal Studios and the nightly hotel prices are great. Free parking and breakfast. We were able to stay within budget for a 5 days trip to Universal Studios. It takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes to walk one way to get to CityWalk. There is a bridge so we did not have to cross the road, though once you get closer to Universal there is 1 crossing. I find it a huge plus that there is a bridge with ramps and not having to cross such a busy road. They do have a shuttle to the parks but it leaves very early in the morning around 7:55 am and the return shuttle is around 5:30 pm (as I remembered it) so we never took it as we like to go on our own pace. Breakfast is okay/good, standard for every Best Western hotel, same options. Staff is very friendly, always greets us when we pass by the lobby. One drawback is the room is older and not recently renovated. Other than that it’s quiet and a very budget friendly hotel. Will come back if I am visiting Universal Studios again.

We stayed here the first week of January 2024. We were primarily looking for a budget hotel that was walking distance to Universal Studios, free parking, and free breakfast. This checked those boxes and was the most budget friendly as well. If you are looking for a cheap hotel, this is a great option. With the budget price comes dated rooms that are showing their age. They don't present themselves as anything other than budget rooms at a budget hotel. Still they were clean so we couldn't complain.Travel options to US are plentiful. A free shuttle stops by at 755 each morning, an uber/lyft costs under 10 during non peak times, and the dedicated walking path takes 30 minutes.Walkability: Multiple eating options are within walking distance ranging from fast food (Wendy's, Burger King) to higher end hibachi or Korean BBQ. Walgreens shares a parking lot for anything that is forgotten.

Great location - conveniently near Disney/Universal. Set back from the highway, so nice and quiet. Breakfast was decent, but suffered from minimal rotation each day. Was certainly tired of the same food items after a few nights.Rooms are reasonable. Some clear attempts to update, but still showing signs of age. Our shower head had so much calcium, it barely flowed. For the price we paid, was well worth it.

This hotel is very well located and has the facility of a bus that takes you to the Universal parks at no additional charge. It has parking and breakfast included. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. Also air. The room is spacious and the bed is very good. The bathroom was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good: eggs, pancakes, bread, sausage, potato. Everything very good and the area clean. What detracts from its stars: the musty smell of the carpets and the fact that the ice machine made me sick to my stomach.

t western universal innPros -* Price ($501 for a 4 night stay but received a $100 gift card promotion)* Service- great great friendly service. Always greeted upon entry. No language barriers. Quick to fix any issues. Put the tv in English, gave me food delivery advice, provided extra blankets, etc.* Location- within 30 min walking distance to almost everything you’ll need:* Walgreens (2 min)* outlet mall (20 min)* food (1-20 min depending on where)* UO/IOA (25 min)* Rooms have a Microwave and large mini fridge- that actually cools* Good water pressure and hot* Travel sized Soap, lotion, conditioner included and mounted on the wall in the shower for use.* Large fluffy towels* Has a shuttle to Universal. Basic charter bus setup. If you have a wheelchair, you’ll need to call ahead. No motorized devices authorized. Arrives at 0755 and leaves pretty quickly once boarded. We waited about 3 minutes. Stops at 3 other hotels in the area on the way to the park. We left our hotel at 0759 arrived at the park at 0822. Spot #83 where the other charter bussed pick up. All the way to the end past the universal Orlando resort buses. Arrived to pick us up promptly at 1730. The driver will ask which hotel you came from and only visit those for which he has passengers. We were the second drop off at 1739* Drink choices. They had juice machine with four options, a coffee machine with 5 (I think) options and a hot beverage machine with about 12 different options. The just “ok”* Thin blankets but they’ll give you extras if you ask.* shuttle times - only once at 0755/1730* Dining seating- cramped, like 10-12 inches between tables once ppl sit.* Breakfast was meh. Staff is friendly and attentive. Basic muffins, sausage, eggs, yogurt bar, toast, pancakes, cereal, fruit, bagels, milk, coffee, and juice.Neg-* Spanish audio tv with English subtitles seemed standard in the rooms* Outdated- table wobbly AF. Drawers on dresser hanging on by a thread* NOT super close to universal as advertised - .5 mile as the crow flies but 1 mile on foot. Took us about 25 minutes at a leisurely pace.* Walls are thin and you hear rushing water every time anyone uses water in adjacent rooms* Old ac units. Smells musty.* The breakfast roach. Although, this was the only one I saw during our 5 days. There is a very large exit door attached to the dining area so it’s likely that it came from outside. But still, it was disturbing to have a roach crawl up the wall next to us while we were eating.Notes* Ride share: Uber was between seven and eight dollars in the morning (before tip) and around nine to $11 returning around seven at night. Lyft was a bit cheaper by a dollar or two. Lyft also offers the option to “wait for a cheaper fare.” We opted this on night two and selected wait 15 minutes for a $6 fare. The driver was still there in two minutes. Just a note- ride share pickup is AT THE TOP of the Jurassic Park parking garage and you need to know what color zone your driver parked in. This was very confusing as the garage is not well marked. It says rideshare until you get to Jurassic Park garage and then says nothing to indicate which of the five floors it’s on.* If you rent a car, parking is free. Highly recommend this. We rented a car on day two for the remainder of our trip, three more days. It was only $100. If we had rented it from the airport when we arrived, we would’ve saved a ton of money on Ubers and a ton of time walking around. Highly recommend this if you plan to see stuff in the area outside of universal.Rooms: Outdated. Furniture needs to be updated. Includes full size microwave and a mini fridge.Nearby activities: Food, shopping, theme parksWalkability: 30 minute walking distance to outlet mall.2 minutes to food.20-25 min to universal parks

We stayed there for few nights. Good stuff: The location is great. Many eating places are just walking distance from the hotel. Walgreens is also near to buy water and other useful stuffs. The room is of decent size. We got complimentary breakfast option which we liked. You can get coffee whole day. When you return to the hotel after spending long day in Universal or Disneyland, it was cool to find the room cleaned with clean towels. They provide a shuttle service to Universal which starts from hotel at 7.55 am and 5.30 pm from Universal studios. Not so good stuff: As soon as you enter the room lobby, it smelled like pretty old carpet. Even rooms smelled really old. It took sometime to get used to that smell. The elevator is really old and slow. Very limited (mostly fruits) vegetarian breakfast option. Overall we liked our stay and hope to come back again.Walkability: Many stores nearbyFood & drinks: Burger king and some other food joints are at walking distance

Currently staying at this hotel. Toilet ended up being slightly clogged called the front desk multiple times to ask for help. The guy at the front desk told me he would call me back as he could not leave the front desk being the only one there. Did not receive a call back had to go to get a plunger myself and unclog the toilet just to find that there were multiple workers behind the front desk who were around the corner chatting. The plunger was also dripping and was handed to me a plastic bag that leaked everywhere as I brought it up to the room. Very concerned with how the staff acted during this situation.
