I can talk about the store and how clean and organized it is but this review is about Troy who helped us purchase a new recliner today. Immediately when we entered the store, he helped us select the best recliner for us. He went above and beyond to ensure we got what we were looking for and were completely satisfied hassle-free. The other associates were also incredibly helpful and checked on us regularly. Thanks to Troy and Big Lots for the exceptional service today.

The associates at this store are very nice and helpful. The store is clean except for the bathrooms. My son really needed to go and unfortunately couldn't.

Who doesn't love a good discount store for holiday decorations and home decor? This store is very clean and organized and my cashier left an impression. She was so pleasant despite being the only person working registers, with a growing line. She greeted each customer as they entered the store & I couldn't ask for a better checkout experience! She helped me with a gift card I wanted to use & her spirit was just so delightful. I went back to check my receipt for her name, but it wasn't on there. My visit took place on 9/29 @1pm. The cashier who was working at that time deserves a raise!

Good finds and reasonable prices, I didn't like how snappy the cashier was towards Me about declining to sign up for a Big Lots Rewards Card she seemed to be in a very irritated mood.
