Id spend money but they cancled my card after covid and said because i didnt use the card. Duh a hole, a pandemic hit no one shopped!! Ill never be back. So i spend so much more at other premiums on site with their curent cards!

I won’t go into detail about Bloomies dropping the ball on a gift I purchased and had wrapped /sent from their store and subsequently delivered to the incorrect address. While the mgrs were “investigating “ where the gift was for over two weeks, Angela from the kids department saved the day. She made things right within 24 hrs. Angela went above what the mgrs did. She should be commended for doing a great customer service job and retaining a client. Thank you again Angela for going the extra mile.

The selection to low and customer service awful. You can only order if you expect it to be perfect and NOT RETURN. You can't even ask to ship to store to review. They prefer losing customers. Try Nordstorms, Dillard's and Saks.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Bloomingdale's that I feel compelled to share. I placed two online orders, both of which were inexplicably canceled and never delivered. This alone was frustrating enough, but what followed was even more infuriating.When I attempted to resolve the issue over the phone, I found myself waiting on hold for over an hour. After enduring this excessive wait time, I finally had the chance to explain my situation, only to be met with further disappointment. I requested a call back, which I never received.What's particularly disheartening is that these canceled orders amounted to over $3,000 of my hard-earned money, which is now in limbo, waiting to be refunded.This has undoubtedly been the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. The combination of canceled orders, an unreasonably long phone wait, and an apparent lack of follow-through on their part has left me feeling utterly frustrated and dissatisfied.As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and accountability, especially when dealing with a reputable retailer like Bloomingdale's. Unfortunately, my recent experience has shattered that expectation.I sincerely hope that Bloomingdale's takes this feedback to heart and works diligently to improve their customer service and order fulfillment processes. In the meantime, I would caution others to exercise caution when considering making purchases through their online platform.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My bank card was charged multiple times then I called and spent nearly two hours with customer service trying to rectify. By the end of the call I was informed that they had a “glitch in the system” and that my purchase was cancelled after my card was charged. Then my bank card was put on hold because of suspected fraud because I had duplicate charges.

I am thoroughly impressed with Bloomingdale's! This store deserves every one of its 5 stars. The level of cleanliness is remarkable, creating an inviting and pleasant shopping environment. The staff, particularly in the men's section where I was looking for suits, went above and beyond to assist me. Their expertise and willingness to help made the experience truly exceptional.The jewelry selection at Bloomingdale's is extensive and impressive. Whether you're looking for classic pieces or trendy designs, they have it all. Additionally, their high-end cologne collection is a cologne lover's dream. The variety and quality of fragrances available are second to none.Overall, my visit to Bloomingdale's was outstanding. From the helpful staff in the men's section to the fantastic range of jewelry and colognes, this store has it all. I'll definitely be a returning customer. If you're seeking a premium shopping experience, Bloomingdale's is a must-visit!

Mrs. Silvia in Men's suits department and her alterations team were absolutely amazing. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about Armani and Hugo tuxedo suit sizes and fits my son's groomsmen. Their extravagant personalities were a plus. Also the woman in men's Cologne were awesome as well. You gotta come visit,and smell the world. They've got fragrances from almost every country. We could not have asked for a better experience!!

Liked it but didn't have that much merchandise. Most plus size online.Did not have the Yves saint Laurent lipstick I was looking. Lady told me to go to Sephora they have more stock.

Simona is an incredible sales worker. She was kind and helpful and I had fun experimenting with different Bvlgari fragrances with her. She took her time and didn't rush me and made me leave with a smile on my face.

I'm a member of the group demographic that shops more than any other per capita.No longer a fav. Was so harassed by security, I left without purchasing, while the SAs were robbing the place empty.So, I've advised my friends we need to treat them like we did the Stamford, CT location. They don't know their marketing base.Don't like us, don't like our green, we'll see you at your closing sale.

Stephen was very gracious and helped me a lot in the handbag section, even though it wasn't his department. I found a wonderful bag for my wife for Mother's Day. Stephen also had some excellent recommendations for jewelry for our our anniversary. We will be coming back!
