Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to pay a bill…they had a young girl who has probably never worked a day in her life who has been seated 20 tables….we had 2 gift cards to use and asked her to check the balance on both. She later came back with the balance and told us there was money on both. When the bill came she asked us to scan a code in order to pay. We were paying with cash and our gift cards. She told us we had to pay on the code…..but we had cash……she looked at us probably for 20 seconds without saying anything…so confused she told us to pay on the app with our gift cards and then she would take the rest in cash. We then proceeded to use the app and put in our gift card information. After we did she came back and told us she could just take the cards over to the scanner to pay……..like she should have done in the FIRST PLACE!!! Sooooo displeased with the entire thing….fire that girl NOW

Sat unattended at a table for close to 20 minutes. Ordered drinks from table top QR code and watched them sit undelivered for almost 10 minutes.

Making people pay on an app and give personal information sucks! Be a restaurant and let the servers bring a bill, let customers pay and leave a tip. Not everyone wants to scan anything!!!

Trash customer service, we couldn’t see her name but ask for another waitrees if u come here, this blonde long eye lashes waitrees is extremely mean and throws the food at you and gets mad every time u ask her for something. Good food tho but if you hate your job just quit and go somewhere

I wish I could recall the server’s name. He was a 30ish looking thin Hispanic guy. He was soooo nice. I brought my service dog to decompress so I asked to sit on the patio, it was closed, and he happily agreed. He even asked the young lady he was training to bring my pup a bowl of water which I never asked for but greatly appreciated! He went over and above, made sure to check on me and made me feel seen! Thank you sir!!

Wings came out cold, they still tasted good with the sauce but when I’m paying $1.50 per wing I expect them to be fresh out of the fryers. Service was good, drinks were good. I’ve come to expect BWW to fall short on their wings and this visit is no exception.

We unfortunately had a poor experience here recently. To start with the lady who sat us down on Mon 12th Feb in the evening was really stand of ISH and didn't really care much for customer service. The food was average, wings came out cold. Disappointed as we paid alot for the food. Won't be returning anytime soon.

When we got there everything started out good. The when it was time to check out the server had us scan the QR code and we end up paying for two meals and the night manager told us he cancel it and it will be back on our card the next day it never came back on our card had to call and talk to the day manager and she said that he had to cancel it in the office as well so now we have to wait three to four business days for our money.

One of the best branches for service. Joshua my server is an asset to the company. So attentive and always putting the customer as top priority.
