Extremely loud to the point where I could barely hear my conversation. The food sounded much better than it looked. Then when we try to pay they say they don't accept debit/credit cards?? What? What kind of restaurant doesn't accept cards?

Great place to eat. Menu is decently priced & offer weekly deals on wings. The new system of ordering and paying yourself on the app is a bit difficult at times. Each person would have to have an account to order separately. Not a fan of the less human interaction. I believe with this system in place waiters and waitresses will get less tips and then complain about it.

Went there for our most recent fight night and the outside bar is my wife and I's favorite scene but the bartender was drowning. Took her forever to clean up and some customers just left.

I overlooked a lot. First the seat was soaked. I was told it was because it was cleaned and given napkins. It was as sticky as glue. Asked to switch seats. Another family was seated there without it being cleaned. She got my drink wrong. Then my food. Then after everything was finished and bags, without bringing the drink my son ordered or the check we sat there 25 minutes waiting until we finally went to the front. I was forgiving until it got late as I had a 3 hrs drive. Wouldn't recommend

It's sad that restaurants are so short staffed. The wings were great. It was my 1st time at Buffalo wild wings. I would definitely go to the restaurant again.

We ordered food online. The wings were stale. Plus, they did not have salt and pepper for the fries. When I requested salt and pepper, they said that they would have to charge me close to a dollar for salt and pepper. This is the most bizarre thing I have ever heard. Kids needed salt and pepper, so I went for it anyway.This terrible experience leaves a very bad impression! Please improve your quality and service buffalo wild wings!

They tell you the credit card system is down, but that's a lie. They want you to scan a QR code to pay which requires you to enter your phone number and address..etc. I stopped there. Turns out that you can pay with a card or cash at the front counter. BWW is scamming you. Be aware.

Let me start off by saying, I never ever complain at restaurant about my food, order, etc. I have only ever sent a meal back once in my entire life.What an absolute abomination of an experience at this BWW. I have been to several other BWW throughout Florida & never experienced anything like this. I will say the manager was the only saving grace at this location.The evening started off with 2 vodka cranberry drinks, neither of which actually had any alcohol at all. I know some folks will read this & say they measure but seriously. They forgot the alcohol. So we very politely asked the waitress (who was clearly overwhelmed as it is) if they can remake them. No snide remarks or claims of bad bar tending. Just "can you please have the bartender remake these?". Her reply "I will just put them in a smaller glass. No lie. She just poured the cranberry juice in a smaller glass. Off to a great start.About 5 minutes into ordering our food, much to our surprise the first chicken wings come out with an order of fries but they are the wrong wings. We tell the waitress they are the wrong ones & she says they are Nashville hot so she picks them up and aggressively slides them to the other person at our table. At which point she tasted them & they are in fact not Nashville hot but some sweet glaze BBQ or something. We tell the waitress and she takes them off the table. Now at this point, we speak to the manager because her attitude is outrageous. Shortly after, our actual food comes out. Still in her hand about 8 minutes later is the wrong order. She had the audacity to come to our table & say "so you got your chicken? See it's the same thing". I clearly point out what she is holding in her hand is dark brown & the proper chicken is more on the red-ish side. She rolls her eyes & walks away.At this point we still had no silverware so we had to go to the front to get that. The last time we ever seen her again was for the check at which point she is clearly defeated. The check was wrong but the manager quickly took care of that. We didn't ask for any check concessions or anything of the sort but we frequent that area often & I will never step foot in that establishment again. Perhaps they are short staffed or something (the place was dead. Maybe 10 tables filled?) but she had a terrible attitude & made sure to take it out on us.
