"Very impressed with how helpful they try to be to the community and customers. Last week after the hurricane, when nobody around had ice for ice chests to save food due to power outages, they had plenty and were selling at only $1.50 a bag, no limit. Gas stations were twice that, if and when they had ice. Thank you!"
"My daughter is in the hospital. The staff saw my hospital sticker and were so sweet and kind to me. Chick fil-a is my daughter's safe restaurant because of her allergies she can't eat just anywhere. They made sure her food was safe and seemed really concerned about her health. When even the hospital did not have safe food this chick-fil-a did.
Thank you for being there because otherwise she wouldn't of been able to eat tonight.

"There was a long line but it cleared out pretty quick. My food was hot and delicious as usual. Staff was friendly."
"I'm done with this location. The last straw: got stale chicken minis for breakfast from there. Went back to complain and got a card for free food. Great right? But when I tried to use the card a few days later, I was told it had already been used the day before I got it. The manager was right there and they all just looked at me like I was trying to cheat them. They wanted payment. I complained online to corporate and they said the location would respond. They did not. Then I got a survey from corporate asking how well they took care of my problem. Seriously?!? I replied to the survey explaining how nothing had been done and that was 4 days ago and no follow-up at all from anyone.
Lessons: Always get refunds in cash. Don't go to this location if you want decent service."
