Went in to get a new pair of shoes for my job. Never bought Cole Haan’s before. My sales associate was named Jarrett, and he was extremely helpful to me. Jarrett was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about helping me find the right shoe. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be a customer of the Cole Haan outlet again.

I was soaking wet, as most people that day, and I was treated by “my cover”. Ready to spend at least $200 on a pair of shoes, but I was simply ignored. Yet the other patrons were kindly addressed.I’ll stick to ordering online.
