This CVS is always overcrowded. One person to help a line of 8-10 people. The staff in the pharmacy are over worked but do not make any effort to move a line along. CVS closed a pharmacy a mile down the road. A pharmacy that was always helpful, efficient and friendly. Now, all of those customers are forced to go elsewhere. These executives make decisions to close stores without truly understanding the communities they serve and who they'll be screwing over. They only care about money and immediate decisions. No long term planning at all. I will be looking for a new pharmacy. This isn't the one.

I needed to pick up a package that UPS left because I was unable to receive it. The "store hours" listed are 8a-10p but the store doesn't open until the pharmacy does, which is an hour later. The store was STILL not open at 9 am because while there were two very nice and apologetic employees there, neither one of them had keys to open the store and nobody who had keys was apparently answering their phone.THOROUGHLY dissatisfied with my overall experience.

Not sure what happened to this store. Used to be great. The shelves don't always seem well stocked, but the real issue is the pharmacy. You can't call and speak with anyone in the pharmacy without a 30+ minute wait. Had to get an insulin prescription filled. The doctor had sent it in and 3 weeks later they still wouldn't fill it. Of course, no one would answer the phone. My husband waited over and hour and still no answer. We finally called the 800 customer service number. The rep who answered said she saw it was called in and ready to be filled and assured us it would be filled by 8 pm that evening. We showed up the next day and guess what? Still not filled. The pharmacy person had to speak to a supervisor who could not even be bothered to explain or apologize for the issue and delay. Very shoddy customer service at this pharmacy. Going to use another store in the future.

I would give the pharmacy a zero if I could. Staff saw me (no other customers) but did not acknowledge me until I said hello. The girl was beyond rude and then they shorted me 4 pills. When I brought it to her attention-no apology and very snarky. When I spoke to the supervisor she said, "Just ignore her." Really!!!! I will never walk into that store again for anything.

My mother is visiting me from Port Charlotte. The pharmacist told my mom to basically doctor shop which is illegal, to get a local doctor to send her a prescription. Rather than her fill my mom's prescription from a doctor out of town. Pharmacist should not have the right to tell someone they will not fill a prescription. My mother is disabled, and cannot go without her medication. This is truly disgusting. I don't know how this pharmacist can sleep at night knowing she denied a disabled woman her medication.

Although they used to greet you, when you enter the store, they are not really friendly or willing to help. They are usually short staffed & I cannot find things as easily as in other CVS stores. When I needed to use my insurance credit, they did not know how to process and lied about the fact that even if I used only a portion of my credit; upon 'sliding' the card, all my credit would disappear when that is NOT the case. Thank God I decided to visit my previous store and received an informed and detailed explanation of how to use my medical insurance credit. I prefer to drive further but be treated as I deserve-a valued and respected customer. Also the prices are higher than other stores even when 'on sale'. I only shop there to pick up my prescriptions or in case of urgency. I sure do hope they improve.

Sooo.. second time they couldn't find our prescription.. first time it was called in and we picked it up an hour later. Took them 30 mins to find. This time, the couldn't find the prescription at all in the computer and had to call the office. Still waiting to get it filled after a half hour. They found the script boxed up in a corner. Time to find a new drug store.

Have gotten great service at all of the CVS locations in Orlando. I had to stop at the pharmacy just the other day and they were more than helpful and greeted me with a smile!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS FOR ANY REASON. They employ the worst pharmacists possible. I've been on hold to speak with a pharmacist to get a prescription filled for over an hour now. A prescription that should have already been filled though they repeatedly and incorrectly insist it has to be filled through a mail order service, which my insurance has flat-out said is not true. CVS is horrible to go to for prescriptions but unfortunately it's mandated by my insurance carrier. It's a nightmare every time I try to get my medications here, though they're all common medications I've been getting without issue at other places for years. Finally called the main number to find out the pharmacist is running "a little late." An hour plus is not a little late. Went in the store in person and yet another run-around on why they can't fill my prescription requiring yet another unnecessary phone call to my physician and my insurance company. Each person I speak to gives me a different reason why it can't be filled and yet each time I disprove that reason they change their story.

Cynthia in the pharmacy is a saint! I was getting so frustrated because of my insurance giving me the run-around with a medication I desperately needed for my daughter's eczema. I was at my wits end and she did everything she could to help me and fix the issue - which wasn't even the fault of CVS. Thank you, Cynthia! You made an impact on me. It's people like her that make me love this pharmacy.

They have children working in their pharmacy that don't know anything about medications. I felt like I was speaking to high schoolers. Whoever the children were working on 9/19/18 around 6:20pm need to be taught manners and maybe they shouldn't have passed because neither of them knew what they were talking and I felt uncomfortable knowing they were helping with my health. I would not recommend this pharmacy at all. As soon as I can transfer all my medications across the street to Walgreens I will. Save yourself the stress of thinking they're not 100% accurate or knowledgeable. I'm hoping something gets done.

Love this place. I have a Caremark reward card so I'm always getting great discounts and rewards. If I but CVS brand items, I get a discount every time. So many times I get my meds and supplements at BOGO or Buy One Get One at 50% off. Use a coupon on top of that to save more $. Also, with the rewards card you get lots of coupons when you check out. This time I got a $3 reward to spend on whatever I want. Also I got several coupons on other health and beauty items. It is true that sometimes the receipt is two-three feet long!!! But it's full of great discounts! Can't get these great deal at Walgreens! Plus whenever I enter a CVS store I am always greeted by an employee who says "welcome to CVS". And that means a lot to me!
