If I could give zero stars, I would. The female cashier I interacted with today was very dismissive, rude, and egotistic. @ CVS she does not belong in this profession and will continue to tarnish your reputation. To say the least, I will never return to this location again.

Most unprofessional and careless employees. A big mess is not enough to explain the horrible service. I transferred all my prescriptions to Publix at Hunters Creek, best service in the area, plus they always gives you the lowest price by comparing the price with the insurance and the price with GoodRX.

Good luck talking to anyone on the phone. They immediately put you on hold and leave you on hold for an hour, with no intention of picking up the phone. Terrible way to treat people who are just trying to get necessary medication.

They're are trying to sell medications that are not regularly used and are only one time used but they insist on trying to sell. I am mad that I show up there and they try to give me something I don't even use. How is that possible?

Tried calling 5 times today to this pharmacy, sitting on hold for 20+ minutes and then the call disconnecting. On my 5th call before the put me on hold(again) I begged her not to and said I had been waiting over an hour and a half for them today, she put me on hold anyway. I sat on hold for another 10 minutes and they actually picked the call back up!! After 30 seconds they told me they couldn't help me. If they would have asked what I needed before putting me on hold the 5 times I had called, I would have saved an hour and a half of my life.

If you want to get stressed, come here. They They are always rude and arrogant. I have no idea why they treat people like animals, or even worse.Every time I go there, they treat me terribly and the only person that nice is the Asian lady. I hate when I have to go pick up my medication because I know they’re going to treat me terribly. And the sad part is that they deal with people that are usually sick or with any kind of disorder/disease, and they’re still treating people bad so they shouldn’t be having those jobs when they can’t even treat people nicely. My mom, my friendS, my sister, my dad have been mistreated by this staff!!! PLEASE CVS DO SOMETHING!!!! Why is the target staff so amazing but this pharmacy ruins it all!!

We've used this pharmacy and location for years, but never again. They've recently implemented a lunch break in the pharmacy from 130 to 2. I was there at 1:28 and was told I'd have to come back at two. Granted I was cutting it close but who closes a pharmacy at mid day? Zero concern or attempt at accommodation... Customer service at its worst. There are lots of pharmacies we can choose in the area, and going forward we will. Sad.

I walked into the store to buy paper towels and a drink. While I was waiting in line to use the self-check, the manager on duty was berating the woman cashier, a middle-aged woman, for not reading the screen and that she had to wear her glasses at work. Despite being 20 feet away from the coaching, I could hear every word of the coaching occurring.It was all the more infuriating that after his coaching was complete, he called me over to the register and left her alone to handle my transaction. I could see the poor woman had tears in her eyes in a public-facing role. I could not catch the manager's name, but this event occurred at 5p on 08/01/2021.I do not know if the cashier had made a mistake worthy of coaching, but the manner in which it was delivered was very public and frankly made me unwilling to return business to this store. I hope that the manger receives coaching for his actions and his extremely rude demeanor.

THE WORST STORE ON THE PLANET / NASTY RUDE EMPLOYEE ( IF YOU CAN FIND ONE ) / THE PHARMACY TOLD ME TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER QUESTIONS OR KNOW ABOUT STOCK / NO MANAGER & THE PERSON YELLING AT ME DIDN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH / I WANTED A TENS UNIT AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS AND WHEN I SHOWED THEN THE WEBPAGE OF THAT STORE THEY SAID I WAS INCORRECT AND TO GO SOMEPLELSE / CVS HAS LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER AND I SUGGEST ALL OTHERS IGNORE CVS LIKE THEY IGNORE THE CUSTOMER
