So far, my experience has been great at cvs. They have great customer service.

The stores and the corporate office does not answer the phone. They dump you into an endless loop of computer options. Then you get a recording again. Even when you get a human at corporate, they don't answer questions. They just dump you back into voicemail, after promising profusely to give you a human.
