The staff at the CVS inside of the Waterford Lakes Target are very helpful and caring. I would recommend this CVS to family and friends.

The pharmacist Jaylibeth (the spanish one) :) is always very helpful and very friendly. I love the fact that no matter how busy she is she is very willing to answer my questions with a very positive energy. She loves her job and she shows it. I am always happy to see her because I know I will get exceptional service. I think-hope I spelled her name correctly.

My prescriber has repeatedly sent refill requests to this location and they haven’t fulfilled it for weeks. I am going to change my pharmacy but in case you’re thinking it is convenient location it doesn’t matter because of how incompetent they are. I have tried to call and after being on hold they sit on the line silently ignoring you and then eventually hang up on you. I would give 0 stars if possible

Trying to transfer my prescription here was a hassle. The lady there (not sure if she is the pharmacist or tech) is very rude. She had asked for my last name and I didn’t hear her clearly and thought she asked for my first name. I responded with my name and she reacted by rolling her eyes and huffing at me. This was only one of my encounters with her. Each time she would help me it was like pulling teeth out. I ended up switching to a different pharmacy and suggest that you should too.

The tech that was there today was extremely rude. She shouted across the counter as I waited there (no where close to the counter i was standing at) “do you have a question?” I said yes. She let a few minutes go by and then shouts again “what’s your question then?”. I shouted back telling her I needed to get a prescription filled and she rolled her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her…She looked at the script, asked the pharmacist and looked at me and just said “we don’t have it” I said do you know when you will have it and she said no. I asked if any other locations might have it and all she said was no.I would not recommend this particular cvs pharmacy to ANYONE.

We have been long term customers of CVS Pharmacy at Target in the Waterford Lakes Town Center in Orlando, FL. We moved to the area in 1995 and have always had great service at this CVS location since it opened. However, Wafaa S. El Beltagy joined this location recently and she is always rude, ill-tempered and unhelpful. Several times, different family members have gone to pick up prescriptions and she's told us the doctor never called it in - always with a negative attitude. After following up with our doctor's office, while at the store and confirming the prescription was sent, somehow it magically appears in her system. We have always considered this location to be our community pharmacy. In the past Joshua Pullo and his Team, always provided us with excellent medical care and customer service and we trusted him with our families pharmaceutical needs. Ms. El Beltagy does the exact opposite. To be clear, everyone else in the pharmacy department is pleasant, and helpful even when busy. We are not comfortable working with Ms. ElBeltagy and are not confident that she is providing good quality service and that is concerning when it deals with our pharmaceutical needs.

They never answe the phone. They'll pick it up and just sit there with you on mute. It's ridiculous. It takes me few days to get through on the phone. Pretty much know if it happens I need to wait 6 to 8 hours till a new shift starts in hopes that person will actually answer the freaking phone.

My 10 yr old daughter was in the hospital and was discharged with specific instructions on medication intake. Unfortunately the ER sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I called my pharmacy (this place) and spoke with Garmela or something rather, explained the issue and her response “I’m doing inventory right now so I’ll get to it when I get to it” after a long, sad and exhausting day I had this was the last thing I needed. Absolutely THE WORST customer service I ever received at a pharmacy. I mean people are sick and stressed trying to get things for their loved ones and this is how you treat them. UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy. Rude and heartless people.

If it were possible I would give no stars. My college age daughter was sick with the flu and Tamiflu was sent to this location. When she got there the kid who helped her out was extremely rude and just said we we don't have it she then had to ask HIM to have it transferred to another cvs because she was so extremely sick with fever vomiting and severe body aches. He then gave her another cvs clear across town and later found out her never called to see if they actually did have it and then transfer it. Upon getting to the new location he never put it on a "hold status" so the other cvs can fill it. So she is still left waiting with 102.8 fever. I had to all back again to the old CVS and speak to Darriyll (?) the same tech there that helped her originally he could not have been more rude or less empathetic. He snapped and said yea its "on hold" I responded ok well the other stores says its not. And he proceeded to argue with me until I said ok well let me have your name and if the other location has any questions they can speak to you directly. He choked and didnt want to give it to me. So unsure if it was Darriyll was truly it. The other location was very nice and they had to call him to verify. And the new location got it ready right away. Hope CVS looks into training their staff in customer service with empathy and a patient who may be extremely sick just needing their medication. Will never return to that pharmacy due to this rude kid. As a nurse myself I know if I treated one of my patients like whatever figure it our yourself attitude I wouldnt have a job.
