Horrible experience with Dollar/Thirty car rental in Orlando at the airport. So rude and disrespectful! The guy helping me tried to intimidate me with a stare down, and then another employee was talking to him in Spanish. Not knowing I know Spanish and they were saying some disrespectful things! They then denied our reservation, which is fine because he also called Airport police on me. They walked over to me and were very nice, telling me they deal with their attitudes all the time. One "Superviser" named Eduardo reluctantly gave me his name and was very rude and telling me I was rude. Here are the people who I dealt with, and this is certainly it over until I have their jobs!! By far the worst experience with their customer service, absolutely terrible!

Was given a price for supplier choice was told it would be an Elantra or similar get there they offer us a compact tiny car has to pay 300.00 to upgrade to a mid size which we were told we'd get. Employee was rude. Avoid this rental!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY... we paid in full for a week rental in Orlando and when we arrived to pick up vehicle on Saturday at 4:30pm the staff member had left early for the night. Our reservations was till 6pm that day. My husband called customer service and spoke to 3 different people and got him no where. We were stranded without a car that evening. Had to take a taxi to our hotel. My had to take another taxi to go back the next morning and there was no car available for us. He argued with the staff member and also called customer service again and no one is doing a damn thing for us. They should be reported. All around bad experience and scam

Got Cheated big time.. Had booked my car. But when I went there, the car wasn't there.. It came in from another location more than an hour later than I had booked it for. The rental agreement had been typed out already with the gas tank marked as 8/8. However the car was delivered with an empty tank of 1/8. The person hand wrote on the rental agreement that the tank is empty and asked me to show it when I return the car. I filled the tank and it was almost half full when I returned it the next day at the airport. I showed the marking to the person and told him that I am returning the car with half tank, even though I was given the car at 1/8th. He noted it.. I left. A month later, when I see the credit card statement, I see $160 charged for a full tank of gas.. When I called the help desk, they say, that the database shows the car was given out with full tank.. I threw away the marking that the person had made (on the jacket of the rental agreement) and hence cannot even argue. The big question is, why the agent did not update the database when he delivered the car ?

Bad experience all round. Australian traveler and i booked and paid through third party. When i went to collect, the woman attempted to charge for things i had already paid for. Swiped my credit card for $100 deposit, which i was assured would be returned in full when the rental was returned. I have since checked my account and found a charge on there, which matches the amount for the things she attempted to charge me twice for. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION
