Just went in for my birthday treat! The staff was so so sweet - I wish I would’ve caught the names of the two girls who helped me. One of them told me of all her adventures at New Smyrna Beach (I was needing recommendations haha) - so sweet and helpful with all my questions! The other one was just so kind and helpful♥️ I don’t come to Einstein Bros very often, so I really appreciated the service and friendliness of the staff! I will definitely be coming again

Love this location more than any other one! Always good each time I go and the staff is friendly and efficient. Call ahead or order on the app to avoid waiting if looking for a quick bite.

Lox on asiago is my favorite, but they have so many options for bagels it's great, no one is disappointed when we go. Fast and reliable. Even the coffee is decent!

I really love ? to have my everything bagels and a extreme cream and sugar coffee ☕ in the mornings. Its part of my retirement. When i enter the shop, its like im with family. The selection is well rounded. Every visit is a simplified one, ? and pleasant.

My 1st time in this location, very busy I didn’t know where to order, no sign of it. After I wait behind a line it was not the line to order. The person was took my order was rude and was annoyed by me asking her questions because I didn’t know how things works. I guess she was rushing to finish the line so she can go home. However the service she showed to me was pretty bad.

I love Einstein bagels! However, today was a turning point for me. Through the wrapper I could see what looked like a hair mixed in the cream cheese in the middle of the bagel... opened it and yep, a long strand of brown hair intertwined through the bagel and cream cheese. Probably won't get my bagels from this location anymore.
