We were looking for some sweets while on vacation. The presentation was nice. The dessert was awful. It seemed to be old, although it looked good in the display case. The cake left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. The employees were talking and dancing to music over the intercom. I will not be coming back.

We stopped by during spring break, when Disney Springs was at its most crowded. It is right next to the I-4 expressway, so it is easy to get to. We found a spot in the free parking garage right away and followed the guides to the entrance. We put the bakery in Maps and followed the confusing walking directions there. At EM's, there were many bakery items to choose from. We chose the double dipped chocolate chip cookie creme pie, a chocolate dipped chocolate chip cookie (my favorite), a lemon loaf that tastes just like the Starbux version, vanilla frosted and cinnamon sugar donuts, and a vanilla frosted lemon poppy seed muffin. Everything was gluten free, vegan and allergen free of wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts (I don't know about coconut). It is not a sit-down bakery, but there is seating outside around the lake. The service was fast and friendly and their system didn't ask for a tip, which was refreshing. We will go here again, while in the Orlando area. We will even make a special trip from Tampa Bay, when the cravings strike!

We decided to grab some cupcakes last night before leaving disney springs. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money!! These cupcakes were super dry and tasteless. Lemon loaf was so hard it could break a window. I really expected more from disney springs.

Wonderful Gluten Free and Vegan Bakery. Very clear on which baked goods have which ingredients for people with bakery. They can accommodate restrictions from Celiac (so no gluten free oats) to even cinnamon. Lots of options for Celiac and amazing baked goods. Definitely worth visiting in Disney Springs.

Delicious! They even had a refined sugar free agave chocolate cake which I really appreciated! Maddie went out of her way to make our visit very special! Thank you very much for your kindness!

Had high hopes but food is dry and pricy. My mom says just dunk it in your coffee so I guess that is always an option.

Ordered and prepaid $95 for a 2 layer 6" basic 2 color white and pink baby shower cake. They failed on the colors. The associate asked if we still want it. Really the shower was in 2 hours. Called and left messages with no return calls. Emailed customer service and the response was a 10% refund as a goodwill gesture. I think I'll pass and keep passing the store at Springs.

We decided to try this place as we pass it by whenever we’re at Disney Springs. We shared a coffee crumb cake, and I was disappointed. It was dry and dense. The frosting was tough and stale. It was costly too, at $~11 for the slice (as of Feb 2024).The service was fine, the shop was a little tight, and a few bakery items looked as if they had been sitting there for a while. It wasn’t until I started to write this review when I found out that, according to their website, “every single item is kosher and refined sugar-, gluten-, wheat-, soy-, dairy- and egg-free”. While I’m glad there is a place for people with these allergies to indulge in something sweet, it just wasn’t for us.

Erin McKenna's is fine. I've been to both the Disney Springs and the NYC locations. I was excited when I first went there years ago because it was one of the first dedicated gf bakeries I visited. The place is cute and usually a bit busy. The food, however, is just okay. It's often dense and a bit dry. I would expect this from gf baked goods 7+ years ago, but there are much better flour blends and techniques for gf baking now. I bake better textured items at home, and I've had better from other places. I think they could be spectacular with refreshed recipes. If I had to recommend something there, I'd say to try the lemon loaf slice or the pineapple upside down cake.
