Me and my friend went to return a pair of shoes. The blondish lady at the cash register’s smile went away when we said we wanted to return the shoes and she had absolutely an unpleasant face during the whole process which made us very uncomfortable.When we said ‘have a nice day.’, she just turned away and didn’t say anything. We felt like we didn’t have the right to return. Is that what you call customer service? So aren’t we allowed to return anything any more?

The worst shoe store ever! the nikes easily get oxidized, creased, holes, and scratches. And $70-$90 for basic shoes is such a waste! ? I don't even mentally feel the shoes they put on shelf ? . I don't really see how they have "famous" footwear. Have yall even tried to make this shoe store "famous" because I don't see the hype in the store. No wonder why I like going to hibbet better because they really have famous kicks, AND more fashionable and valuable with extra hype music and vibes. Idk but... hibbet is just better . But in the other hand "famous" footwear is NOT. Guys, don't go to "famous" footwear because it's a waste?

So last night we went to famous footwear and decided to get 2 pairs of shoes and socks. Everything was going great, till we went to the cash register. We made our payment nearly 200 bucks. The pin pad said that payment was accepted and the funds taken out of our bank but the "manager" sharmayn said that it was declined. We tried disputing with her that it was taken out of our account showing her proof and the exact time but she wouldn't have it. She printed out a "receipt" that only showed the items scanned but not payed for! Went back today like she told us so we can talk to her but she ignored us and let us talk to another associate who was extremely rude and basically said not their fault!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! We have contacted our attorney regarding this matter and they're starting a case. I like giving every the Benefit of the doubt but this was insane!

Great customer service. Julia at the Waterford Lakes store, although young had the work ethic and heart far exceeding her years. She made sure that all of needs were completly taken care of. She found not one, but two pair of shoes that we have been looking for. When she saw they weren't in the store she tried to order them for us. Unfortunately her system wouldn't add the order in correctly, so she stood right next to us as we did it on our phone. She made sure everything was working perfectly and that we satisfied with our experience.Thanks Julia for showing that true customer service still exists today. Your managers should be very proud to have you on their team.
