I haven't actually had a chance to use this company. I called them on August 4 and completed an application. I paid $159 and someone came out and told us that we would need a 250 gallon tank to heat our pool. We were told that we needed to get a permit before the work could start and that they would be in contact with us by October to install. On October 12, I called to see where we were with the permitting. They indicated that I needed to sign an application. I told them I never received the application, and no one had indicated early on that I would get one. I was told someone would call me back. By Monday, October 16, I still had not heard back from the company, so I called back. I explained the whole story again, and they explained that someone would call me back. Today, October 18, I had to call twice (I was disconnected) to yet again ask for my deposit back or to have someone get in touch with me. I was told that Chris, the service manager would be calling me right back. It is 3:45 and still no call. I am not sure what is happening here, but their customer service is not good.

Excellent company, fast service if you need a fill, and outstanding Customer Service. Why not 5 stars? Love Ferrell Gas, but twice in a row after I have ordered a fill and specified the number of gallons to be delivered, I receive significantly more gallons than I requested. I have found them to be very helpful in payment plans, but the larger bill is frustrating.

In 2021 we purchased our home that included a full house generator. When I called Ferrellgas, I was pleasantly surprised to be speaking to a live person! As I had no prior experience with propane gas, I asked a lot of questions. She took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Setting up my account online was easy and the website was very user friendly. When the delivery was made, the driver took the time to look over our tank and explain what to do about minor rust.The customer service in all areas was outstanding and I would highly recommend Ferrallgas!Debby L.

No recent service just annual bill for “Rent” of in ground propane tank which easily been paid for decades ago which is now rarely used. Reevaluating that on it’s own “merits.”D

I have been with Ferrellgas for many years. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff is the primary reason for my loyalty. This time I called to check on a refill request to make sure of my cost. An appointment was set and as scheduled the truck was outside as expected. I was able to pay for the order over the phone. The gasman checked with me to confirm my order, he supplied my product and gave me my invoice before he left. I appreciate my treatment by Ferrellgas and will continue using their service.

This company is not interested in any new business contacts. We have reached out to have them come set up a new propane service they said that can’t do that until we fill out paperwork which they have said that they will email. 3 request later and a phone call they have not even sent the paperwork. Poor customer service where they have potential new customers having to beg for an email to get service.

Don't go during lunch. They will not pump residential customer propane. I went elsewhere.

Listen Up Everyone! This company is nicely put, absolute garbage! I purchased a tank which ended up having a defect and blew up my $800 BBQ. Luckily my lanai and house didn't catch on fire but I was forced to push my BBQ into my pool to prevent any further damage to my home. I filed a claim with a lady named Amy Williams who not only was rude to me while asking the necessary questions, she made me feel as if i were lying to her about what happened. Fast forward to once someone finally came to investigate, his name was Grant Sibilrud and he in front of me saw the issue of leaking from that bad tank when tried to connect it. He even compared other tanks that did not have any leaking issues. He then took my tank and told me they would be in touch. Weeks later I get an email from the same Amy they would not be taking responsibility and denied my claim. Then I asked, "well if nothing is wrong with the tank then can you please return it" simply so I could have someone else look at it or at a minimum have back what is mine.. after all, I did pay for it! She responded, they wouldn't and now I can't get any help or response for why I can't get back whats mine?!?!? .. I hate the fact feel I have to put someone on notice like this but buyer BEWARE!! Excellent service in Saint Cloud. Quick email replies, they managed all aspect of tank installation including permits. 2 yrs later - STILL next-day service and excellent communication. Very pleased with Ferrell.
