Don't go during lunch. They will not pump residential customer propane. I went elsewhere.

Listen Up Everyone! This company is nicely put, absolute garbage! I purchased a tank which ended up having a defect and blew up my $800 BBQ. Luckily my lanai and house didn't catch on fire but I was forced to push my BBQ into my pool to prevent any further damage to my home. I filed a claim with a lady named Amy Williams who not only was rude to me while asking the necessary questions, she made me feel as if i were lying to her about what happened. Fast forward to once someone finally came to investigate, his name was Grant Sibilrud and he in front of me saw the issue of leaking from that bad tank when tried to connect it. He even compared other tanks that did not have any leaking issues. He then took my tank and told me they would be in touch. Weeks later I get an email from the same Amy they would not be taking responsibility and denied my claim. Then I asked, "well if nothing is wrong with the tank then can you please return it" simply so I could have someone else look at it or at a minimum have back what is mine.. after all, I did pay for it! She responded, they wouldn't and now I can't get any help or response for why I can't get back whats mine?!?!? .. I hate the fact feel I have to put someone on notice like this but buyer BEWARE!! Welcome to Bad Karma Ferrel Gas

We recently bought a large home with propane-supplied ovens and a commercial grade stove. The gas company who had supplied this home was rude on the phone, assuming we would be obliged to continue propane service with them (... maybe because their name is on most of the expensive small propane tanks at CVS and Publix?). I calmly told her to come remove their tank. She offered an appointment at that point, with a slightly less-haughty tone, but I told her that I would not use their company BECAUSE she was rude.
I called Ferrell gas and had a COMPLETELY wonderful exchange with the receptionist. She wasn’t sugar sweet— just kind, direct, and understood my request easily enough. She explained the steps to establish service by Ferrell Gas and set the appointment for the site check. Christopher and his associate arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, learning our needs and preferences for the propane use, and said they understood how urgent our needs for installation were, given that we cannot cook and bake until the propane is installed. The FerrellGas site check representatives, like the receptionist on the phone, were professional and kind. Hopefully, FerrellGas will be able to install the tank soon and have us up and running.

Why do I always seem to go through something with them putting gas in my tanks my tanks are owned outright I find out that I been paying a rental fee on one gas tank then what is the point of asking percentage in tank and explaining how you are going to fill tanks if my bill and receipt are always incorrect I always try and have faith that things will be better but Nah now I have to call and get in writing what is said to me cause it always changes and I get billed Crazy......

Ferrell set a tank and ran a line for me. One of the best contracting experiences ever. WORTH the $49 estimate fee.

Friendly service. I was looking for propane in Walgreens and a customer in line told me about this place. Thankfully they still had propane to help us be prepared for the hurricane.

I changed from Amerigas to Ferrell gas because Amerigas was charging too much money for their gas. Ferrell gas gave me a proposal for installing their system which said that it would take 3 hours and x amout of supplies. They completed the work within one hour and I was told by a company employee that I would be getting the difference refunded to me. A month later I still did not hear anything and so I called and was told by one employee that the technicians were there for 3 hours and then another person said they were there for two hours according to the technicians gps notes. Ferrell gas said that they gave me a discount on the installation in the first place so I won't be getting a refund. Very poor management, credibility and honesty.
