My daughter called ahead of driving 45 minutes to Kid's Foot Locker to see if they stocked a specific toddler size basketball sneaker. Unfortunately after we arrived we were learned that the telephone confirmation was untrue and we did not have lots to choose from. Many of the basketball shoes started at higher sizes and some were out of stock. We were left with zero options. The sales clerk didn't know who answered the phone or why we were given incorrect information. Driving 45 minutes to arrive at a store that doesn't have what you called for is annoying. Experiencing painfully slow and inadequate service while shopping in the store added a feeling of frustration. Three employees were present in the store but for some reason only one person helped customers and the other two were assigned the task of standing around watching over a section of the store. All turned good when the sales clerk recommended going across the hall to the Shoe Palace. I never heard of them before and was very happy to learn that they had many options to choose from and provided excellent customer service. Our end goal was met thanks to this referral.

Very nice place and it's right next to a normal food locker too. Great selection and good prices. The staff were helpful but I'd say too helpful. They wouldn't stop asking if I needed help and it got annoying.
