I started going to this location a couple months ago and was happy but my last haircut my hair was a little longer than I would’ve liked. When I was getting my haircut today, I asked if we could go shorter, which I didn’t think was a big deal. The gentleman cutting my hair was Omar. He seemed agitated at this request and started cutting my hair very rapidly. When he was finished, I said I hope you don’t mind my request and he responded “Actually, I do. It was rude and you wasted my time. You don’t know what you want.“ I have never left a bad Google review, but in this case, I think it is warranted.

Checked un on- line as usual, when there was a zero minute wait. I've been here 30+ minutes and the 3rd person has been taken with another still ahead of me. It's great being able to request a stylist but when there are 4 people ahead of you, you should be made aware! Will re-think my location choice next time.

Refused walk in before close. Said they only take reservations. Reservation system shuts off 15 mins before close. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Cut was uneven and the girl was talking to everyone and not paying attention to the cut... one side was longer than the other.. not good.. never going there again. I would have done better putting my hair in ponytail and cut it off ?

All the hairstylist at this location is top notch, provide a welcoming environment for your whole time, awesome style and very friendly, I always come here for the great experience even though there are closer great clips to where I live but this location is the best Love them all !!!Just wanted to add just came for another cut today, loved it appreciate all your great work and Pearl was my hair specialist today and as mentioned before they are totally professionals as well as courteous. Love them ?

Online check-in is a joke. Don't believe what you see. It's inaccurate. Mediocre cut every time. 0 minute wait was actually 17 min.
