we called and we were told to come to that location to talk to a desk employee. We did jus that, turns out there is NOTHING. just an empty desk with a phone line...that keeps you waiting forever. we waited for 30 mins on hold to try to rent a car and pick it up...nothing. we ended up canceling.

Worst car rental experience at Hertz - do not rent with them! We rented a car for 3 days on their website directly and when came here to pick up the vehicle, nobody was present at the location. For over an hour we tried to reach someone at the phone number left at the location as well as other locations nearby, without success. When reaching out to customer support, they mentioned no car is available at this location anymore and we could either go to their airport location at our own expense and additionally pay 50% more for a higher car category or cancel the reservation and pay €45 for cancellation fees. Absolutely ridiculous as the error was clearly on their side and there was no effort made to either resolve the issue or come of with a different solution.

I made a reservation a week ago for an 8 passenger vehicle. When I arrived, the attendant told me he had no vehicles and there were no 7-8 passenger vehicles in the area. My husband called the corporate office and was told there was nothing they could do and just deal with it at the location. This is the worst rental car place!

This location is horrible. Their customer service does not exist. I had a Prepaid reservation for a Chevy Suburban. The location did not have the car and did nothing to assist. They did not contact me prior so I could adjust plans. They would not get a car from the airport or anywhere else to make it right. They even gave me stress to get a refund.

I reserved an intermediate SUV for a 1 way rental to Charleston SC. The car the had for me was a Buick Encore which they tried to tell me was in the intermediate class. I pulled up their own website and classifications and clearly showed them this was a compact SUV that only git 2 bag . The car I reserved was to fit 4 bags and 5 people. They had nothing available to swap to. Said I could wait for another car but no idea how long that would take. The car itself was not particularly clean when we got it. Insect carcasses still caked on the front. It appeared like pet fur in the way back. We reluctantly took the car and asked for a manager to reach out to us so we could Express our dissatisfaction. It is now 3 days later and no call

rented a vehicle at hotel. They had only one available. Once vehicle was brought from next door location, the front bumper was broken. I alerted the staff and we both documented the damage. I took pics. Now Hertz company is harassing me for another $1000 of damages which were there before I took the car because the rental agent from this location failed to document it!!!! I left several messages with this location with no response and now dealing with collection company.

Absolutely the worst! I reserved a car online, paid $10 to Uber to get to this location only to learn the attendant left early for the day. Then I called the customer service number and learned there aren't any cars at this location to begin with. They offered to pick me up but I would have to pay an extra $60.00 because they only have an SUV available. I WILL NEVER CONSIDER RENTING FROM HERTZ AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!

The location was very convenient right inside the hotel lobby.Make sure you have appointment even I have appointment at 11:30 the guy show up late I guess he just come back for lunch. Otherwise the services not to bad.

Do not reserve from this location. Reserved car online months in advance. Got a call two days prior to pick-up they would not be honoring my reservation. Provided no help for alternative arrangements. I was able to rent the same vehicle category from Sapphire Falls Resort Hertz location on my own.

I was dropping a car off after 1 week with it and the place had closed no notice i had to look at 3 different places to get the car dropped off finally and that took 1hr on the phone

Orlando Airport : First, I was informed after 30 min. in the line that the location I was wrong. I was at the Gold Guests service desk. You COULD have some more CLEAR signs!!!

We reserved a car online and were called the day before and told there were no cars and that we could go to Orlando airport instead to pick up a car. They did not in fact have a car reserved for us at Orlando airport, but instead just canceled our reservation. They made no effort to try and solve our problem. This has been a terrible experience. I will never rent from them again.
